You cant beat the quality for the price. I did have a hiccup when ordering. It took almost a month to arrive. I think there was a lapse somewhere. A shipping label was created after purchase and thats all that happened for the next three weeks. When I reached out they were super accommodating and explained they would do their best to fix it. Due to COVID there was labor shortages and this one may have slipped thru the cracks. The seller fixed the issue and had it delivered in 2 days from contact. So I very much appreciated that. The couch was super easy to assemble it comes in two boxes. Very comfy and perfect for an apartment. I would recommend this product.
The quality of this couch is about on par with its price point. That being said, if I could do it over again, I would probably search for higher quality, used couches for similar prices.

We checked with the seller and FEDEX, turns out our package was stranded somewhere in the shipping system (not sure whether it was FEDEX or sellers fault for the shipping error). We had half a couch to sit on for weeks and it was really frustrating. However, the customer service team was very responsive and made sure we got a replacement package. After some logistical wait time, we finally got our whole couch. Even though the wait was frustrating, kudos to the team handling the error.
About the actual couch: great value for 300 bucks. It was easy to assemble, its fairly comfortable. It is a bit smaller than I expected but it works great for a small NYC apartment.

We gave away our big bulky couches. There wasnt anything wrong with them but we were ready to minimize. This little piece feels so cozy and I have space back in my living room. With a few accent pillows and the flexibility of moving the ottoman around, it becomes very versatile. We also really like the color of a jean.
I dont normally leave reviews but I really love these little couches. We love these couches so much we bought TWO! It fits perfectly in our small living room and opens up the space so much. It has been a challenge to find couches that are small, stylish and comfortable. I love the fact that the chase can go on either side or can be used as an ottoman. It is firm but not stiff. Highly recommend this couch for anyone looking for something small but cozy.

The color and comfort were most important to me.
The only thing I am not cry about is the quality of the sofa. Its inexpensive and shows it. Thats disappointing but will do for now.
