What I thought I was buying was a recliner with full leg support as most of the chairs presented in the video have. I was very disappointed to find there was no full leg support, only a flat bar between the chair cushion and the leg rest. In order to get full leg support I have to use a cushion to fill the void. I should have asked and confirmed I was getting what was represented in the video. NoI am pleased with and is a good line but, I consider this bait and switch tactics and am disappointed in both companies.
Update: Almost everyone that visits wants to use this chair. Im so pleased with it. There are big tall men in the family and they now have a comfortable chair they dont have to squeeze into or worry will break.
Substantial sturdy. Looks nice. A bit stiff needs to be broke in but feel satisfied with purchase and expect it to last.
A very comfortable chair but its hard to use the footrest handle if youre short. Ive had this chair for 8 months. At 8 months the metal shaft under the handle twisted and broke. Im not that big of a person so not sure why it broke. Ive tried to order another shaft and handle from but even though the diameter of the shaft on says 5/8 inches and that its good for most all brands, not this one . its too small for the chair. The chair needs maybe 3/4 inch opening in the shaft. So now Ive got a huge chair in my living room that cant be reclined. Bummer.
I purchased this chair for a friend who has severe breathing problems requiring oxygen 24/7. Consequently, many hours are spent in this wonderful chair. It is larger than expected, his feet do not touch the floor which created some slight difficulty when
getting out of the chair. Other than that he loved the chair. It appears to be good quality.
I bought this chair on thinking am I cry for buying a chair with out seeing it or sitting in it but I must say my hats off to they delivered the chair on the delivery day I set and it is very comfortable. I have fallen asleep in it many times already so if you need a chair for a big guy (I am 66) this is a great deal.
