Good value, great chair, amazing customer service.

This chair is very comfortable. I bought this for my son, a football lineman. Hes 65 365 lbs. I needed a chair that would support him, and i hoped it would do the job. It took less than a week to get here, and was assembled in about 30 minutes. The chair is solid, the cushions are comfortable. It fits him well. Keep reading... After about a week of use, we had one issue. One of the casters broke internally. Where the peg snaps into the caster ring, its made of plastic, broke. The ring tore out the side. Now out of the 5 casters only one broke so it appears this one didnt exercise. If I would suggest to them to make the internal part of the caster metal somehow, to help withstand the pressure of the weight. But wait, theres more... I contacted and explained the above situation. They returned my message within a day, apologizing for the failure and sent me new casters for the chair. Not only did they respond promptly, they handled the issue with ease and stood behind their product. What more could you ask for at such a reasonable price? If your thinking about a chair that doesnt press against your legs like the normal racing chairs do, this is what your looking for.

    ITS VERY DECENT!!!!!!!!!

I really did gravitate to this one rather than just choosing secret labs or GTRacing chairs because I really really wanted a foot rest AND IT DIDNT DISAPPOINT!

Very Nice, Affordable Chair...minus the armrests

This chair was a major upgrade for me. Lumbar support and headrest are very nice. They took some getting used to, as this is my first time using these features, but comfortable. Adjustability is adequate for my desk. I was worried about it not sitting low enough with the armrests to be able to slide completely under my desk when not in use, but it does this just fine. I have the Red/White flavor of this chair, and I absolutely love the color. It is vibrant without being overbearing, and fits my color scheme perfectly. The wheels I cant comment on, due to the fact this chair in on carpet. I will eventually swap these with rollerblade wheels. My only complaint would be the armrests themselves. They are a bit narrow under my forearms, and they just feel very cheap. They look , but they are not. There is a lot of slop (I guess) in the adjustments. They tend rotate in or out when you dont want them to. This happens a lot when adjusting myself in the seat, and getting in/out of the chair. The rotation locking in sound is very loud. The up/down adjustment works okay, except when going to the tallest setting. One side doesnt always lock in and ends up being lower than the other. I would prefer if the armrest were a bit wider, with tighter and quieter adjustments. Maybe throw in some good wheels and this could absolutely sell for $200.

    Seat could use more padding

The chair overall is a good value. The product I received could use more padding in the seat. I bought a memory foam cushion and that made up for it.

    Very comfortable, spoil yourself!

I could not wait to try out my new office chair. Working from home now in luxury with this cadellac chair! Very simple and easy to assemble! Great job with direction, tool enclosed and a few spare parts included. I highly recommend this to anyone. I am short and the seat is comfortable, especially with the vibrating cushion. Adjustable in all the right places. Worth every penney and carefully packaged for shipping. Update, after using this chair all day, I feel great! So very comfortable, and love the foot rest!

an office chair option -- 2 month update

UPDATE: Ive been using this chair daily for 2.5 months, and Im replacing it with something else on the day that arrives in the mail. Unfortunately, its just no good for longer than an hour or two now -- the footrest is not super secure despite tightening it, the, rails on the bottom start digging into my butt immediately, and the padding is already almost completely flat. Sure, I shouldnt be sitting for long periods in general, and most days I dont, but its necessary for my job sometimes and even a couple hours means my hips are totally locked up and everythings sore afterwards, its just not cutting it. Also the straight-out nature of the footrest means its no good if youre working under a normal-width desk or something you cant move forward to compensate -- when I bought it, I was at my kitchen table, and that was fine, but now that Im using a regular desk, the leg part makes it too long to fit and therefore unusable (and Im only 5 feet tall with a very short inseam so this would definitely not be good for anyone taller trying to set it up in that way). It was fine while it lasted, but I would rather have something nicer, especially the padding. Fine print: this chair has a 250-lb weight limit, which is less than I expected, although it doesnt really affect my everyday life. Im just saying that in case anyone needs to know! With that said, I was desperately looking for a chair for my home office now that this whole pandemic thing has me stuck at home indefinitely. Im 5 ft tall with very short legs and have huge ergonomic issues trying to get things in a place that wont wreck my spine or make the nerves in my back/legs/hips/knees freak out; I pretty much just picked it because it was one of the less expensive options and wouldnt take forever to ship, tbh. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble by myself and that was also while multitasking on a conference call; everything is very organized and easy to find and you have all the tools you need included. The footrest part is awesome and the game changer for short people like me; its really easy to flip away when youre not using it, because otherwise its a bit tricky to get out of the chair without tripping over yourself. Its also got a slimmer profile than I anticipated, which is great because my apartment has relatively narrow hallways and stairs but I can still get it into the different places it needs to go when fully assembled. I also especially appreciate that the cushions are adjustable, as fixed cushions on chairs are again the bane of my existence as a short person because they tend to hit exactly the wrong spots every single time and push my spine into an unsustainable and very annoying position. Having the option to remove parts -- like the cushions, or I have one friend who hates having armrests on their chairs for example, and they can simply choose not to do that part of the assembly if they dont want to -- is also great. Overall, if youre looking for a relatively inexpensive and fairly adjustable office chair that works even if your body is below average in height, I would say this is definitely worth a shot.

    Great value and cool features

Most chairs feel like a clamp on my back, but I love this thing. The neck pillow and the lumbar pillow are great, the rest of the chair is firm, absolutely the best chair for sitting at your desk and working there is! Love this thing. I use the USB massage feature every day also. Assembled in about 10 minutes, none of the usual gotchas with missing parts or mis-drilled holes. Solid construction.
