Item was delivered next day early in the morning. The box was bigger then I had expected but thats how u know u are getting a great gaming chair! The instructions were HUGE and very easy to read. It took me 20 minutes to assemble. All the tools were inside the box so no need to get your own tool box. I must say this chair is perfect for gaming and very comfortable. This chair is the best deal on ! Im 61 and 220lbs. Definitely keeps me focus with good posture and back support!!
Excellent. My son needed a new one we have many products he was looking at this one instead this looked like that this would be a good one he needed a new one I sat in it and if Its great feeling even to me and I dont game so its definitely good for his lumbar and just overall comfort
I use it quite often when playing vid games and feel quite comfortable sitting in it. It took me two days to get rid off the smell of the chair. Also, it would be great if it had a softer cushioned pillow in the head-rest area but for a basic gaming chair its fine.
I bought a red one for my oldest and a blue for my youngest which they love these chairs. These chairs vibrate and tend to massage to keep them focus in their gaming. These dont cost an arm or a leg like some of the higher end models, but they work like a charm and are comfortable.
I bought 3 for my office. We are 3 small women and each of them broke down fairly quickly. Two got tears/splits in the seam in the front of the seat. The chair started out comfortable but not for long. This is one review but the feelings of all three of us here in the office.
This is my first time to buy gaming chair, it is a very good experience, installation was easy, and really comfort for sitting on it to play game or work.It also have the foot supporting that was amazing in this product.
THis chair beyond my expectation. Always wanted a new gaming chair in my living room. This one is perfect for laying down when you are tired. The chair were almost ready to go out of the box. All of the tools are include inside including a pair of gloves. This is the best gaming chair, and Id buy again
I bought this chair in 2020, as a replacement for one I had purchased a t a retail outlet some 5+ years before, whos leather was finally starting to peal.
I am 6 tall and 230lbs. The chair fit my proportions ok, which is why I bought it, it was tall enough that the headrest actually hits my head. But thats about where my positive reviews end. I found the seat to be a bit narrow, the cushioning is stiff but still there, and I removed the lumbar support immediately as it was like sitting with a soccer ball in my back.
Im a rather frugal person, probably to a fault, so I used this chair Irregardless of the issues above, until the final deathblow for this chair, the actual back has failed structurally. The reclining back has a gear set on the right-hand side that holds the back in place, and the left is on a hinge free to pivot. The 1 tubing that makes up the structure of the back support has pinched and actually bent over just above the support bracing on the right, where it mounts to the gear set (about 9 above the pivot point). So now the entire back is twisted, and leans to the left.
So take this for what you will. Im a larger person but not disproportionate. This chair did last 2 years, and the leather is still in good condition, the chair actually looks great still. But being who I am, I would have preferred cosmetic failures to structural failures. Structural failures make me think the whole product is flawed at its core.
Perhaps this failure would not occur with smaller or younger people, and this chair would work well for them as the exterior is still in really good shape... but I cannot recommend it to larger adults as their weight may collapse the chair as mine has.
Very fascinating chair. The massage function really helped me from my back pain since I am sitting long hours for my job. Also the feature where you could put your feet on is amazing.

If you looking to get a comfortable chair for gaming. Just get a office chair
