Very sturdy and great for the price! I was worried about buying because of some of the reviews, but Im happy I did! It is high enough off the ground to give a little extra space, but it is low enough for my 3 year old. I am also able to sleep comfortably on the twin bed with my daughter when she needs me, which is a huge plus! I love this bed!

2 pieces were not labeled, we ended up putting it together wrong and didnt have the right board for the ladder. Leaving me an option of taking apart the entire bed or going to the hardware store to buy an L bracket. Some of the predrilled holes gave me problems, the screws wouldnt catch.
Much larger than I thought however it feels a little shaky. A little disappointed for a nearly 300 purchase.
Make sure the screws are the screws and the bolts are the bolts. The instructions were kindve unclear to put multiple pieces together at a time so I had to disassemble and reassemble about 3/4 times. I never fully put it together because it was so aggravating. Most the bolts stripped from that crappy tool that came with it. I got it pretty sturdy but the price for the hassle doesnt seem worth it to me now especially since its not as convenient as I thought it would be to have a loft style bed. Anything close to the edges of the bed will fall off and it gets tiring jumping up and down to get something. The aesthetic is nice I guess.

Fantastic bed. We put an easy 400 lbs on it and it holds fine If your worried you can easily reinforce with more boards. Love it
