Box arrived in horrible condition but product inside was in decent shape. A bit of a bear to assemble, but doable. Decent materials. Daughter loves it. Desk is nice and wide. More than enough room to work. They could have actually lessened the room between the desk and bunk bed to give more room at the top for rooms with lower ceilings.
Issues with shipping due to weather. I also picked entryway delivery and the driver would only drop it off the truck. They did place it in the garage after I requested because it was raining.
So far so good. Took 3 hours exactly to assemble with 2 people. I wish offered assembly because I would have surely paid for the service. But all parts were accounted for. Nothing was missing from the box. All the parts were labeled by letter. And the directions were easy to follow. Bed fells sturdy. I’m interested to see how it wears long term. Overall good product. I’m happy with my purchase. Will follow up with another review pending wear and tear
Very happy, My little girl loves it. Creates a lot of space in her small room, nice big desk. Went together perfect, but it is time consuming, especially by yourself, plan on about 4 hours. Also get a ratchet and an allen bit, will make things much easier than using the include allen wrench. very nice sturdy bed for price.
Fairly easy to assemble. Be sure to put all long pieces in before tightening screws. Also, screws heads may round out with a hex bit. Overall very sturdy and looks nice. Its hard to find a loft bed in this price range, I am very happy.
One of the corner posts was mismarked, so we had to go back a few steps, but the product went together fairly well and appears very sturdy. We did not install the desk portion and the loft still feels very sturdy.
I really love this bed. Its perfect for my 8 year old son. The quality is outstanding for a bed in this price point! My only complaint is that parts U and V were mislabeled. Not an easy fix.

So far, so good. You do need a slim mattress on it, the rail is pretty low. Other than that its working out great for my sons room.
