I've had this couch for about one month. It's a nice medium-grey and fits in our 1b1b apartment.
It was easy to assemble, came with all the pieces, and I was able to put it together alone in about 30 minutes. However, you will need 2 people to turn the couch upright after assembly, to avoid damaging the legs.
All of the cushions were vacuum packed and had to be given 1-2 days to fluff up, but we expect that from basically every new cushion we get from .
Both the ottoman and the couch are easy to move around. The ottoman has enough space to store our game equipment, like multiple console controllers and cables.
It comes with two small couch pillows, so we're probably going to have to find a few more for it eventually. It has a nice, low (but not too low) back. All of the cushions have a stylish Velcro back for easy removal, and are all pretty plush.
We didn't find any packaging damage or problems with it so far, so great couch!
This couch is very comfortable for the price and length, and the additional chaise/ottoman with storage.
The cushions definitely need a day or two to re-inflate but it is still very comfortable to sit on right away.
The packaging is great. I ordered the couch and it came less than 3 days later. It came in 3 easy-to-handle boxes and the couch was incredibly easy to assemble.

after one year its still good. Sure, there are cushier couches, and the cushions need to be rotated, but as a stay at home mom who spends a lot of time on it, and a pregnant lady at that, its still holding up really well and doing a great job. Could I have paid more for a bit more? yes. Do I wish I did? Nope.
I've had a cheap sectional couch before, and am so pleased that this one is infinitely better! It feels pretty sturdy in its construction, two main boxes that the back clicks in to don't leave too much room for error. The cushions are comfortable, but not too comfortable. I don't like a huge squishy, sink into it type of sofa. This is comfortable and easy to maintain good back posture (I'm short and finally have a couch where my feet can touch the ground!). It's pretty, matches its description, and has fluffed out very well.
Really easy to put together the instructions are simple and didnt require any tools. It looks nice and is much bigger then I thought. I love it more in person then in pics!
