I looked for a way to contact sellers, but couldnt find a way. There are 2 places where the wicker trim is broken or come loose. I really dont want to disassemble and package and wait for a replacement. But I am unhappy with the quality out of the box.

These chairs are so comfortable and sturdy. They are made very well - I did have a problem with a cushion and Emma at was great! She took care of the problem. I highly recommend these chairs and the table is great. I purchased from Tangkula 2 Pieces Patio Rattan Ottomans, All Weather Outdoor Footstool Footrest and there match great. I also purchased a carpet from Naples Indoor/Outdoor Rug Collection, Zuma Striped, Brown, 5X7 not pictured with chairs but the rug matches nice. I bought covers for the chairs that fit perfect and are made of great material.
This set is beautiful and comfortable. Although the assembly is a bit involved, the video they have makes it easier. Swivel on the chair works well and the cushions are great as well. All in all a very good buy.
Great buy. Look very rich and sturdy. Not the most comfortable if you are small in stature. My husband is bigger than me and thinks they are comfortable. I will have to buy some cushions to help out my comfort level LOL
Assembly of first chair took a little effort, but 2nd chair was easier. Chairs are sturdy and we really like the glide and swivel motion. Fabric is nice, but cushion foam or filling could be firmer. The seats are deep, so I bought pillows for comfort.
We love that the chairs rock AND swivel! Good quality chairs. The only downfall is that they are overpriced. I think $450 would have been a fair price for the set. Otherwise, we absolutely love them!
I bought these last June put them out in July stored them away in September. Just put them out again and the brace that changes the headpiece broke. Its hollow and cheap plastic. But then I remembered the 2-year warranty. I spent hours and days calling customer service. Always a bad connection and no service. I got a file number and sent receipts, pictures, etc. Crickets. I would never purchase again.
When I received two chairs, one of the clips was missing on one chair. Each chair comes with 4 clips to secure the legs in place. They are necessary for a sturdy chair. I could not get through via phone so I emailed them. It says theyll respond within 48 hours but they did not. Finally had to intervene, but their only option was for me to return both chairs and replace them since they could not reach the company either. was awesome, but the company was not. I like the chairs a lot, but if you need any support, its a headache.

Perfect Patio Chairs

Very pretty
They are so comfortable. I am in my 80s but was able to assemble the chairs myself. They seem to be sturdy
Look really nice
I like the chairs but the swivel action is a little stiff, even after using lubricant on them. Rocker is fine, cushions are comfortable.
