The one thing that was a negative is the feet stuck out too far. This was a gift to my daughter for her birthday. My son/in/law put it together and was very pleased with the ease in putting it together. She was very pleased with how comfortable it is.
Very well made! Somewhat comfortable with the cushion. Disliked that the metal hanging chain is soooooo long no way to cut off the excess! Kind of ruins the entire chair!
Before writing the review on the product, I need to mention the customer service was excellent and went way beyond to satisfy their customers. Initially ordered and received a package with half of the items missing and realized the manual was missing too. Moment I sent the email, had a very good response and within few days, a branch new item was shipped to my address. Assembly was easy and simple, it took less time to get everything sorted out. My kids love to sit in this and play games. But I gave 4 stars, since we have been hearing the creaking sound whenever the swing moves and it is really irritating. Not sure where the problem is, but that is totally not bearable.
We bought it and returned it because some reasons:
cons and advice for a seller to make few adjustments to the design:
1. As you see in the photo the bottom legs touch the floor slightly diagonally which puts lots of pressure to the floor and damages the hardwood floor. I think that place should fully touch the ground and spread the weight.
2. In order to protect the floor I tried putting a pad with a sticker but because bottom was not flat but with lines sticker didnt stick well. It would be nice if the bottom is flat so that people can attach floor protecting felt pads.
3. The egg chair on the top goes narrow. Which is not a problem for kids. But if adults sits on it he or she has to bend the head forward which is not so comfortable. When you want to relax you want your head to bend backwards. So top part should be fully round until very top.
Pros are the swing is very sturdy made of very, very durable iron I think.
Putting together was very easy, in two minutes.

Sturdy but there is work to do in design

It is very comfortable for all of us. Looks very beautiful.
Beautiful chair
Great price. So happy to find this for my daughters 16th birthday. She loves it. Only con it can tip if you are not careful getting in it.
