Love the look of these bunks. They are low. The bottom bunk sits on the floor but that is what I needed in a low ceiling space. The slat supports for the mattresses are adequate but sheets and bedspreads show through. I ended up buying bunk boards for a better look.
This bed is pretty sturdy once put together. I gave it 4 stars because a board came chipped and to send the entire bed back wouldve been too much trouble. I just wish the package within the boxing was sturdier.
Otherwise its perfect for my toddlers.
The first piece assembled was the most difficult because the instructions only come with pictures. After figuring out the how to of that first piece I was able to do the rest of the bed with out any problems. My grandchildren love it.
We had our professionally assembled by because I just didnt want to be bothered. I did observe, and it wasnt too difficult - pretty clear instructions, parts labeled, everything did fit together properly.
However, the finished product is somewhat flimsy - it flexes way too much if you push on the side of the top bunk. I double checked all the screws and tightened up a few, but that didnt fix the problem.
Bottom line: Im sure it will be good enough for my 3- and 5-year-old grandsons for some years to come. But theres no way this would be strong enough for a couple 150+ pound adults unless theyre VERY careful getting into bed and dont thrash around in their sleep.
I am mostly satisfied with this purchase. The bed is pretty easy to put together, just time consuming because there are a lot of pieces. The instructions having only pictures was just fine for me. Each piece was labelled with a number, which made it quick and easy to assemble. I felt that the amount of slats per bed was sufficient and is working out just fine for my kids. I can understand how it might not work out so well with foam mattresses, but the mattresses I purchased were mostly spring and then a couple of inches of foam on top. The bed does get scuffed up pretty easy, which I was a little disappointed by. I purchased the white bed and while screwing in the screws there were times that the tool would slip and nick the bed and instantly put marks on it.
The biggest issue I had was a few of the screws and bolts would not tighten, which meant I wasnt able to complete the build of the slide. Whether it was the screws or the bolts I am not sure, but once the bolts were screwed in about a quarter of the way up then the bolts would slide up the thread, therefore could never tighten. I contacted the company, who were easy to get a hold of. They instructed me to fill out a specific form for parts and will get the items expedited to me. Even with that little hiccup I am very happy with the product and the company.
Seriously hate bunk beds. We have tried them and they are anything BUT sturdy. I have three boys and they dont like to sleep on a room by themselves. This triple bunk is reinforced throughout, with metal dowels. That bunk isnt wiggling at all. Kids are 9, 7 and 5. If youre consideringjust get it.100% worth the cost.

A piece was broken off

Great option for young kids
Sturdy product and well-made. Got it for our young kids and they love it. I like how it is low to the ground.
Exceeded my expectations
I was able to assemble this by myself in under 3 hours. It is sturdy and it is working perfectly for my 2 and 7 yr olds
Size a bit large?
Newly bought twin size mattresses seem too small for this bunker bed, leaving at least one inch of gap. Not sure whats wrong with the size.
Very Good

Way better than the last bunk bed I had purchased!
Sturdy and the kids love it! Not hard to assemble
Mostly happy with the bunk beds.
