This was the largest packaged item weve received from and, as a result, was a real challenge for a 79 year old male to unpackage and assemble. But, with clear and liberally illustrated instructions, it was just a matter of time, being careful and following those instructions exactly as written. Make sure all holes line up before doing the final tightening of fasteners and youll be fine. I dont know who these folks are who put it together in one hour or even an hour and a half, but they were a lot faster than me because it took 2-1/2 hours, with gofer help from my 73 year old wife, from the start of unpacking the set to installing the last under-table tray screw. The photos show the result and how we intend to use it in our dining area/office space. It looks great and is very sturdy. Id recommend it - the manufacturer, delivery people and the dining room set itself - to anyone not shy about DIY projects, i.e., some assembly required
AWESOME! After a lanai set disappointment whereby the screws do not meet the screw holes. . . This product has excellent packaging! with designated hardware attached to EACH piece versus a mixed big bag. Exceptional quality for the investment! Exceptional craftsmanship! Only had 2 unnoticeable blemishes underneath 2 chairback top horizontal wood pieces that I can probably use furniture marker on. Exceptional engineering! Super thank you! At 77, it only took me 4 hours BY MYSELF using a hand socket screwdriver not the inpackage tool with numerous back and forth tending to business in-between. What a JOY to have received such a great product! Very very proud to give an awesome review.
The packaging box was thee WORST Ive ever received in my entire life! The box was completely wide OPEN at the top... not folded down or taped. The box had loose tape fringe all around it, had multiple dents, holes in it. I initially thought it was a return item from a house with dogs (lol) or was returned due to damage with fixed items swapped in. I was completely SHOCKED of the condition of the box when the 2 Wayfair (Pilot?) delivery truck guys brought it in the house I almost didnt accept it. They said they picked it up just like it was from the warehouse that morning. They even arrived an hr before the 3 hr window delivery timeframe. The guys could definitely understand my concern allowed me to open the rest of box to inspect at least the table before leaving. To my absolute amazement, everything was in wonderful condition)! The multiple staples underneath the table were by far the hardest to get out ( most time consuming) during the whole assembly process. So far, everything is holding up, the chairs are very comfortable, the set is beautiful! )
Beautiful table set. Perfect size. Awesome customer service. One table leg arrived cracked but you couldnt see until was assembled. They sent a new leg immediately. Thank you for the quality of item and of service!
It was easy to assemble and just the right size for our dining room. This will fit a small dining room and would seat about 6 people comfortably, maybe 7 if they squeeze on the bench seat.

Good quality and sturdy set for the money
Very high quality and easy to assemble. One leg of on chair is a little short but for the price...cant beat it
Lovely with minor problems
Looks amazing in my sunroom. My only problem is that there were chipped areas on the table. They are small so I did not replace. Chairs are perfect!

Skeptical packaging, but wonderful set!

So far so good. The kids love the bench and it looks great! Simple to set up but time consuming- I was impressed with the craftsmanship.
Same table from Marlo Furniture but cheaper in price, not in quality.
