I purchased this fram for my 12 memory foam mattress. The frame is very sturdy and was easy to assemble.
The frame has 4 white strips that are meant to prevent the bed from slipping. Instead, they damaged my mattress encasement.
This frame was easy to assemble with helpful directions. However, as others have commented, the holes are not always aligned correctly. As a result, I was unable to screw in the final bolt one of the middle s. The bed seems sturdy, but I if the other middle gives way, we may have trouble! My daughter likes the extra storage space under the bed, where she was able to double stack storage bins.
Bought this for my teenagers room. It was easy to assemble. Frame is structurally sound and provides room for under bed storage. Headboard is easily attached.
Would buy again.
Letter stickers on each piece make it easy to assemble. Make sure not to peal them off if you ever decide to take it apart. A few of sticky strips that stop the mattress from sliding came off when we moved but doesnt seem to affect it much. Metal frame creaks occasionally. Rubber stoppers on bottom of legs is nice for hardwood floors.
The assembly process was not overly complex. Was not the easiest either. The frame does what it is supposed to do. I can feel one of the bars through my mattress. I think it might be taller than the rest. Not sure. I can live with it. Cant ask for more for the price
