Everything was packed very well. The shipping box had some damage, but the contents were unharmed. The bed frame assembled very quickly and the headboard is much lower-profile than most, allowing it to sit in front of our windows without obscuring more than about 6 inches of the view. The feet are slightly taller than our previous frame which made under-bed storage a bit easier too.
