Easy, high end looking, comfortable but not the MOST comfortable. What you would expect for a $700 couch! Probably needs to be broken in. Just gonna buy some comfy pillows and blankets But it works perfect in my small apartment
I have had the sofa for less than a week and the remodel is not finished so time spent on the sofa has been limited.
The delivery was fantastic. The delivery people were on time (6 a.m.) and I did not get the text so I woke up to a gentleman knocking on my door. They were kind and took the sofa around my house to the back door and put it in the basement! If I ever need furniture delivered again, I hopeful get the same crew. I cant stress enough about how good they were.
The sofa is a bit shorter than the description, which is not a game changer for me. The back measures 86 not 89 but for the space I plan to use it, that is better in the long run. It is very comfortable but I will need throw pillows for the arms. I like to tuck in to the corner.
It is a little stiff, but I assume that will soften as we use it. The slate color is really nice but different than I had expected from the picture online. It is gray, not a gray/brown I expected.
It was a great price, on time delivery from kind, thoughtful people and comfy.
Customer service was STELLAR. Chair is so comfortable and pretty. The fabric seems to repel dirt and pet hair and my white cats hair wipes right off. This is a good one.
To be fair, I paid for the couch to be assembled upon delivery , which is worth it. Soft but firm seat and back, looks like an RH dupe, and I love it. I’ve had it for about a month now, and it’s standing up to all my tests so far (flopping down on it, curling up on it without my legs hanging off the front of the seat, and no down feathers coming out of the fabric or poking me). It was marked down, and I jumped at the opportunity to buy it (after saving it to my wish list for some time), and It’s been a good purchase. I’ll do an update at a later time if will allow me to do so.
I was very skeptical about ordering a couch online. But we wanted a low budget loveseat and the brick and mortar stores were 2-3x as much for the same thing. We took a chance and were glad we did! This couch is plush and comfortable, has deep seating and is easy to clean! We have gotten multiple compliments. My MIL liked it so much she bought 2! 10/10 would recommend.
I ordered the loveseat (75.5”W) in cream and I couldn’t be happier. It’s down filled cushions are so comfortable and the color looks amazing in person. This couch looks way more expensive than it is. The couch itself is deep enough to sit comfortably but not too deep to the point that you feel like you have no support. Its the perfect amount of support (I’m 5’9” for reference). Not to mention also brought it to my apartment, unboxed, assembled the legs, and took the box away. It arrived extremely quick and was the most pain free furniture purchase I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this couch!
Note: it is fairly low to the ground; if you’re looking for something that is high off the ground this couch wouldn’t be for you. The height however is perfect for me and adds a great touch to any room.

It is large, deep and comfortable. It was east to assemble. Just put on the legs. No problem.
