This is a simple, functional product. Easily assembled, no rubber mallet required or recommended. Any candy-as ses who complain because the two end tables arent as ornate as their great-aunt Ednas Louis XIV wardrobe need to refer to the specs, the multiple pics, and the price. If you know how to screw, you can put these together in 3 minutes each. Lamentations for the complainers, who have probably never even been presented the opportunity to screw.
The bars are cheap plastic but that didnt really matter to me. Just needed a table next to the bed for a light and books. Used the other one for my router. No one would know the quality unless they touch them or get close enough. It does the job.
I am awful at putting stuff together but I was looking for some end tables for my small living room. These are perfect and they were literally the easiest thing to put together. I didnt even need directions. Very nice little tables.

These tables are ok if you just need something in the corner of a room and dont want to spend money. Not all that sturdy. Wouldnt buy them again.
