This is one of the best purchases ive ever made! Love the fact that its vegan leather, without sacrificing cows! The chair is very soft, well cushioned and very modern. When it first arrived it was very well packaged. Its not difficult to assemble and includes all the tools needed to put together.
Everything came in the box but was missing one screw on one of the bottom legs, so I contacted the seller and they were very responsive. Even though customer support is overseas, they responded pretty quickly to my missing screw and shipped the replacement to me immediately. I got the replacement parts within a week. They sent me an assortment of screws, the smallest one I needed wasnt an exact match but did the trick and no one would see it anyways.
There are so many chaise lounge/massage chairs out there on the market that is so bulky, excessively expensive and unattractive. so when I found this sleek looking version on I decided to give it a try. I read reviews of people complaining about the low height and that it might tip over but thats only if you expect to throw yourself on it or improperly shift your weight abruptly. I havent had any problems and Im 511 and 165lbs.
Its great to relax on while taking a nap or watching tv. For the price I was also surprised to find that the massage settings worked the entire body from leg to your upper back in different zones with a decent amount of pressure, but dont expect it to deliver the same level of tension from chairs that costs far more.
I mainly bought this chair because I wanted a modern, reasonably priced chaise lounge to sit in, the massage functions were just an added bonus for me since I dont plan on using the massager very often. I hear stories about people buying massage chairs that costs into the thousands with all the bells and whistles to only end up being used only a few times / what a waste! This definitely solves that problem!
Purchased because I just had cervical spine fusion and needed a recliner, but didnt want anything too big and bulky. Love that it doesnt look like a recliner and perfect for my 5 foot frame. Unfortunately my husband at 510 when reclined doesnt support his head.

Good bang for the buck
Good quality for the money. Easy to assemble, fresh color, built for little people. Im 59 135 lbs. Im a bit too tall for it.

Arrived as expected, easy to assembled. The. Reason I did not give 5 stars is because the leather breaks easy.
