I am thrilled with the quality and value of this table. It is so well made and the wood is beautiful. It will easily seat 4 and comfortably seat 5/6.
I assembled the table myself with only slight difficulty matching screws to holes when attaching the legs to the table top. It is exactly what I needed for my kitchen and I would highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a casual dining table.
Once assembled, this satisfied my needs as a game table for holiday company. You have to make sure the legs are firmly under it for stability. But, once done, its a great little extra table to have on hand. It did its job. It is, however, wobbly when the sides are down for storage. It helps to put some felt tips beneath the legs to balance it. All in all / a good find.

In our house, it is the main dining table and perfect for our small space. Wipes clean easily and easily folds up if needed. It is a great value for the price.
The old adage, If it looks too good to be true, it probably isnt applies here. The seller cancelled my order because they said they were out of stock. Seems a bit like the old bait and switch routine to me. Beware of ordering from BuyDBest. I will never do business with them again.

It came in two pieces, the top and the base. The base is actually two fixed legs and two hinged legs that pivot out to support each when the table is extended, and fold in close to the fixed legs to allow the to . It took me all of five minutes to line up the pieces and screw in the four bolts that hold them together.
Not all was perfect, though. While I know better than to overtighten bolts when working with wood, one of the four pressed/in bolt receivers apparently broke free and stripped, so the table is being held together by only three bolts, not the four it was designed for. That seems to be no problem because it is sturdy and, had I not been the one to put it together, Id never have known.
Also, there were a couple depressions//I dont want to say dents because that implies much greater problems than actually exist//on the surface of the top. These were certainly not worth the effort involved to send the table back as damaged. Finally, someone at the assembly plant, made pencil marks and wrote numbers, which were later clearcoated over and are now impossible to remove, on the hinged end of one . When the is folded down, the writing is visible.
For the 152 I paid for it, this table is a bargain. Even with the flaws I mentioned, it looks great and it is quite sturdy.
Bottom line: If I had it to do over, Id buy it again, with zero hesitation.
This item came in, in great shape. Took my 23 year old daughter 4 min. to assemble and I sat 5 extra people around it for the holiday meal. Afterwards, it is in my laundry room. Very small when folded and serves as a half circle table. I am buying another right now. I got it in 2 days from with Prime Shipping.
