Bought it as an extra bed. Like the storage space. Good sturdy construction. The drawer took some time to install. Arrived quickly. Overall very pleased with the bed.
Ive had this base for 6 years now, and while I agree with the reviews that talk about it being kind of flimsy, this base has been fantastic for me and now resides in our guest bedroom. I slept on it for 3 years before getting married and purchasing a bedroom set. If I didnt have to reposition it after assembly, I wouldnt even know it was flimsy and in need of some reinforcement. I will look in to the reinforcements that people mention here, because I never looked into it when I originally bought the base. As for customer service, they are great! They are sending me replacement parts lost in our move despite my purchase being outside of the warranty period.
I think this is a great base for a starter or a smaller room, since it has the storage space underneath, eliminating the need for a dresser or other clothes storage.
This product was as good or better than expected. I would give this a 5 if the assembly instructions were written just a bit more user friendly. good quality product, as advertised. I would buy again and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a Great Quality Bed at a good price. Just have an engineer friend help with assembly or hire someone. No valid complaints on this one at all

Triple the Time expected
It took us nearly three days to assemble, but it ultimately is sturdy and functional so far.

I love this bed ! I was able to get rid of two dressers and add room to my small bedroom!
good bed, but a minor design flaw
The wooden slats tend to pop/out of the metal frame. I ended up drilling holes and securing the middle slat. Otherwise great bed!
