This sofa futon is much better than I expected! Dont let the package fool you, this piece is large enough and strong enough to seat 3 adults comfortably, while still having a stylish, sharp appearance. If the need arises, you can fold the back down to make a futon for a surprise guest. The construction is high quality with a hard wood frame and legs. Assembly and disassembly are easy and everything you need to do it is included in the box. There are also many matching pieces available from the collection which is available on and several of the major big box American retailers. For price, comfort, style, and durability this couch cant be beat. It gets my highest and strongest recommendation, without any reservations whatever.
PS, it even has 2 reclosable zippered secret compartments underneath it!
We bought the navy and its beautiful! The fabric is beyond soft, it took 2 people 20mins to put together and its very sturdy. ( I am not a small person by any means ( 290). The sofa is perfect. The color will always differ with velvet based on the direction the fabric is rubbed and lighting.
It is just as I expected. High quality for the price. Its a little firmer than I would have expected which is, on balance, a good thing being down / it means it will soften up with use and they didnt skimp on the fill. If I needed another one, I would not hesitate to purchase again!
Love this couch and chair! I was nervous buying online without seeing it in person, but I ordered the swatch and the fabric felt nice. They are quite large, I would definitely recommend measuring and planning out to make sure they fit in the space you want and through the door way. They are a little firm at first but we have had them a little over a month now and they are super comfortable. Pretty easy to clean as well. Very happy with them
Like anyone else who has ever ordered a sofa/chair set online without seeing or sitting in it, I was anxious but excited to see what I was going to get and whether listing and reviews were accurate. The chair and 89 sofa are both about 3 higher than most of the other chairs and sofas Ive researched. Im 511 and both the chair and sofa accomodate me just fine if I want to rest my neck on the back but that is not a priority. Both pieces look just a little too bulky for my taste and the cushions on the sofa are rounded instead of flat. Given that the sofa is down/filled maybe that will change with time but right now the visual doesnt fit in my space. The chair cushion is flat and the chairs angles look better that the sofa. Now if and used the same swatches of color for different lines that wouldnt be a problem but most likely Ill have to return both items. Its very important to like the color/fabric of new furniture but this slate is just not my idea of slate. It is a light grey that reminds me of a matte dormitory color with no texture. Being so oversized this color and fabric shouldve been more dark and stately. I do like the softness of the fabric but that just isnt good enough.
I absolutely love these chairs (I purchased 2). I took off 1 star because they are not as soft as I was expecting, but since they are down I am hoping they loosen up a bit. They are still very comfy, just not as soft as they look. The slate color is a cool light grey (the picture on shows it as more of a warm (brown toned) grey, which is not the case at all), and works perfectly in my room. Delivery was great as well, they brought it right into my room and unpacked it. Im extremely happy with my purchase.
Extremely disappointed/ although I like the general design of the sofa, I bought the navy blue color and it came in a lighter sky blue which messed up with the rest of the living room area. Color and quality are not well reflected in the pictures. Fabric is soft but its a bit loose so it gets wrinkly. Also i was attracted by the memory foam seating and both the back and the seating areas feel stiff. The legs of the sofa are nice and they have a small padding underneath. I wish i could return this sofa but once assembled it is impossible, definitely feel deceived.
I was so happy to receive this chair, based on all the excellent reviews. I am now returning the second chair. The chair is very comfy, however, my chair has a deep ridge that runs horizontally across the middle of the cushion that you sit on. This was very evident on the first chair that I exchanged, and thought that maybe I was given someones reject. I received the second chair a week ago, and although it is not as deep a crease as the first chair, it is still quite obvious. I was surprised that no one else seems to have this complaint. Feeling so disappointed!
Nothing but good things to say about this couch. Workmanship quality is excellent / size is perfect for me / very very comfortable / frankly, Im shocked. Beautiful. And the delivery service was outstanding as well.
