The bed was easy to assemble but the drawers on the bed are flimsy and fell apart way to easily. I had to take all the drawers apart and use wood glue to shore them up to ensure that they dont fall apart again.
I love it accept for the razor sharp edges! I have cut open my leg twice. What ever happened to rounding out edges as to be a safe product? For what you get the price is kind of high! With that said it is a pretty good product as long as you buy a quality mattress! No back pain and I sleep well!
The bed looks very nice put together, and is fine for my 4 year old. However, two pieces arrived broken (used wood glue which seemed to work). Also, after two weeks it still has a smell to it. A sort of chemical smell. Hopefully it will go away.
I stalked this storage platform bed in my wish list for the better part of a year. The low number of reviews didnt help my trepidation over buying a large, expensive piece of furniture sight unseen. I neednt have worried: this bed is awesome!!! Shipped very quickly by Cymax, arrived in 4 boxes weighing almost 300lbs total. I put it together myself in under 2 hours. Extra hardware was included but not needed. I was happy the drawers come pre-assembled, and they are of good quality. Ive been sleeping on this bed for just over 2 weeks and Im still noticing how sturdy and solid it is.

Overall, it is a nice bed and the hardware is very sturdy.

We received this bed (a replacement) today and set it up. The bed is great! Looks stylish and is very sturdy. The design coordinates well with our midcentury dresser and chest. My husband put the bed together with no problems. Initially he was a bit confused about the short legs on the center support that did not reach the floor. However, he found the feet on the bottom of the legs that can be adjusted to reach the floor and thus function as support for the frame. The original headboard we received was damaged but the seller replaced it within a week, including shipping time. We have absolutely no complaints about how they handled the replacement. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone looking for a modern, attractive, sturdy piece of furniture at a reasonable price.
Very pleased the only problem was we didnt realize it was the xl twin bed but that was our fault. It is a beautiful bed and very well made. I think if there had been actual instructions instead of just pictures t would have been more helpful. Granddaughter loves it. Excellent purchase.

It is a tad low but I knew that going in so I really like it. The night stands came assembled so I was THRILLED to be able to just push them next to the bed Now Im looking at the dressers to complete the set since the wood is so nice in the set.
