Came missing one side part. Contacted who said contact manufacturer. customer service was cluster nightmare I emailed and called at least 5 times and just got the runaround. They said needed to send part. Would send the entire thing back if it was not already assembled. gave us some compensation but would not recommend chancing it with this manufacturer!
