I read a lot of reviews before purchasing these cushions. Many of the reviews indicated that it was difficult to get the cushions into the covers. My spouse and I discovered a strategy that may be helpful to you, too. Here it is: fold the cushion in half vertically (like a hot dog bun), slide the FOLDED cushion into the cover, release it when the bottom of the cushion hits the bottom of the cover. Working together using this strategy allowed us to quickly place the cushion inserts into the covers. The covers are great. They are durable and easy to brush off or clean with a damp sponge if grass, dog prints, a bit of food, etc. gets on the cushion. I think these cushions are great for what I paid.
Very nice cushion. Yes it is more expensive than the basics brand but it is easily 5x better quality. It does come in three parts - one double cover, big cushion and small cushion. It took me maybe 7 minutes to assemble. Its very nice.
These are great cushions and covers, BUT read the directions carefully before you unwrap!!! The direction note that you should check the cushion cover for quality and proper sizing before opening the cushion. Why? Because you should slip the cushion into the covers BEFORE they re-expand to their full thickness. Dont do what I did! I unwrapped everything and let it air out for an hour. Trying to get the cushion into the cover after it is fully expanded is like trying to put a new born baby back into a vagina. Apparently, I need to add quack gynecology to my resume, because I succeeded - even without breaking a nail.
The material is an outdoor style material, but not very sturdy looking. Time will tell. The print is navy and white. I purchased two, they arrived separately. One is a slightly lighter than the other. Eh. Because I am putting them on my glider bench, right next to each other thats a bummer. They work as cushions, but I am disappointed in quality and the difference in color of the two. There are ties on the cushions, but I will not use them - they are a little too short for my bench. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
The pattern is nice, this is why i gave 2 stars, but less than a few months in and they have not held up well. The inner liner that houses the poly fill is clearly very poor quality or non- existent. They are constantly shedding the inner poly fill and it comes through to the outer surface cover and looks link lint. Very annoying. I am constantly picking it off. I purchased 4 yellow pillows 2 years ago from this company and they are amazing quality. The yellow ones state made in the U.S on the tag, but these do not. Looks like they changed their process and perhaps making them overseas. I wish the return time frame had not ended
Bought these for my parents porch set. Its the perfect size to go in that empty spot at the base of your back when youre sitting in porch chairs. Very sturdy; you can tell they are good quality just by looking at them.
The material feels like it would wash/wipe up very well. Pattern is very cute too!
