No issues with condition when it arrived. Instructions are pretty good, but it did take two of us about 2.5 hours (with kids in the house). Bed is exactly what we wanted, and well be coming back for a in the near future. We had a couple of parts that the labels were reversed, but it was easy to identify. I wish the ladder was a bit sturdier so I could walk up it to tuck my daughter in, but all in all very happy.
Took me several hours to assemble and I used a screw gun (strongly recommend a screw gun). The assembled unit was a bit taller than I expected, but my 9 year old grandson loves it. VERY sturdy.
My wife and I completed the bed in two hours taking our time. The install was very easy and simple. The only con so far is the bed is squeaky when our kid is on top. Going to recheck all the bolts to see if they will help. Other than the squeaking its a good price. One board was damaged, but that was probably due to UPS not taking cafe of the box in their possession. When it was delivered both ends of the box was open and large rips were showing throughout the box.
I like the appearance of it. It is kind of rocky. The ladder hurts my daughter foot so that will take some getting use to. She also fell coming down the ladder because the ladder steps can be slippery. I had to wrap the stairs in duct tape with styrofoam under it. I wish there was a opening from the ladder to the bed which means my 10 year old has to throw her leg over tall ass bars! Guess that means more exercise for her
Bought for a highly destructive foster child to increase livability in a small room. Survived being dumped over, hit, deliberate attempts to crack and break shelves, kicking, attempts to rip pieces off of it and looked as great when we took it down as when we put it up. If it can survive this it can definitely survive regular wear and tear. Did not come with assembly directions and it took a good 45 minutes to an hour to find them online. Not too bad to put together once we located directions but until then it was a real challenge.
Had no issues. All pieces present, no damage, all hardware present. Built in under two hours. Will see how sturdy it is over time but happy with it now!
Love love love. My husband and I put this together with ease. My son loves it!!! Didnt give 5 because of the ladder. Which I knew about from the reviews. I tried the pool noodle thing my sons take them off and play with them. We are gonna try something else to add comfort.
We get a lot of compliments on how cool his room is!

Not sturdy
Very wobbly not strong enough to hold the hammock chair my son wanted to put under it.
Good product. Requires two people to assemble. May require a drill and other tools.
OK for homeowner handyman.
Pleasantly Supprised

Not a quick build.

Good bed for the price.

Makes noise and shakes a little

Difficult to assemble but worth the money and extremely sturdy

Perfect for a teen
Easy to put together my daughter loves this for a place to do her schoolwork and we put lights along the bottom and made a perfect hang out area!
Great
