Not sure if its shipping or packaging but the table surface came with a hole in it.. Damaged. a few scratched.. it would be so beautiful if it was not damaged.
The table set is really fn to build. Cute for a college student dorm, but not the best size for a regular homeowner like myself, the table became a bit loose after a couple weeks, I love the color and the style but now I have to seek a real adult table set soon.
This is a great little set for the price. If you are concerned about any of these negative reviews, 99% of them are null and void if you can 1. Remember you have purchased a $300.00 set, not a $3000.00 set, 2. FOLLOW ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. That little dimple someone took a photo of? Yea, you got the bolts mixed up, there are only a few millimeters difference, easy to do. Not sturdy? Yea, you tightened things too early or unevenly, this thing is sturdy as a rock. You cant Push against the table to get up without the table sliding......are you serious? Of course you cant, its a $300.00 table. Its not real wood? IT SAYS IT ISNT in the description. Also, again, $300.00. It didnt hold up because you let your little hellion children use it as a jungle gym (Ive seen some of yall in restaurants, I cant imagine what you let them do at home), of course it didnt. If any of the above sounds like something that would happen at your house, you probably do need to skip this item, and go ahead and save up about $3000.00 and buy something at the furniture store. If you are a reasonable adult human, there is no reason why this table wont last you for years.
Delivery was fast. However, the table is not sturdy, makes noises when you sit on the bench and the metal bottom for plates doesnt fit at all. They give out a wrong size. Literally took 2 hours to assemble everything. Also, I was expecting it would be wood but its plain plastic. Read the reviews before you buy

Just moved into a new house and didnt want to spend to much money on a dining set got this one for a great price !
