I am yet to have this installed as my bathroom renovation hasn’t started yet. It looks really good and fortunately even though the box that came with it wasn’t even taped up, everything came in good condition. Can’t wait get under the rain shower!

detachable shower issue
there was a missed piece that hold the handle for the detached shower hose, I had to buy it at home depot,

Leaks from the head shower. They changed it for new one
The head of the shower is leaking. Reached out support, they sent me a new one excelent support.
