Very pleased with this product and delivery time. I placed my order at 6:00 pm and received it the next day at 10:00 am. All items in the box are wrapped seperately in individual smaller boxes to avoid scratching. It also comes with a roll of teflon tape and thats a bonus. Highly recommend this product. Well done

To begin, I hate reading reviews when diy plumbers are idiots and blame it on the products. The Teflon tape they send with the unit is crap and if a person does not apply enough to the threads, it will leak. Use good thick thread tape. I was impressed with the packaging, it made it easy to inspect the contents of package for quality and quantity purposes. If you dont know how to plumb a shower the directions are not going to help you. I installed this kit, and it worked as it should. The parts seemed good quality and robust.
