Since most of the reviews seem to be about using it for kids I thought Id share my experience as a 6ft 190lb man. I sleep in a small room that has to double as my office and I was cramped to death. Spent a really long time finding a loft bed that was full size and could support my weight. This is a great example of getting what you pay for. This bed was harsh to assemble on my own. Its not as solid as one might hope. Some of the screw holes werent aligned very well and I had to force the screws in with great difficulty. The bed was also really scratched up fresh out of the box. Having said all this though I think that for the price and functionality this was a great purchase. I felt secure sleeping on the bunk, especially once I secured the frame to the wall with brackets. I didnt feel cramped but at just over 6ft I do have to curl my feet a little so I dont think anyone really tall would love it. I dont think it would be very wise to have more than one person on the bed either. Its completely changed my workspace and made my office feel like a true workspace again. If youre looking for a full size loft bed as an adult and cant afford the thousands that other brands ask for, I think this one will do the trick for you.
Took a couple of hours to assemble. A couple of parts were a pain but my hubby figured it out. My son loves his new bed and we love laying down on the bottom bunk ourselves. Pretty sturdy so far
It created a lot of additional space to work with without sacrificing the bed size. People were impressed at the fact that it was a full size loft bed AND it had a desk. It wasnt a walk in the park to assemble in the sense that it is a pretty big bed BUT all the directions were clear and thorough, and the tools needed were very well organized. Worth every cent
Two of the holes for the shelves were in the wrong place, so those need to be redrilled. All in all, its a decent bed. Its slightly wobbly but doesnt seem unstable.
GOOD: came with all the parts, extra screws and plastic caps, screwdriver, nice! Some parts are fairly heavy and hard to balance on your shoulder while screwing in, second person would really help. Instructions are easy to understand for someone who grew up building s.
BAD: Some parts seemed to be printed slightly off by a couple millimeters or centimeters. I had to wedge the side gaurd rail into the foot rail with all my strength to get it aligned with the screw hole on the ladder. Same where the desk meets the rear supports, I cant get the final screw in to the desk as it seems to be half an inch away on the support. NO WASHERS FOR THE BOLTS!
Bought this as it seemed to have the highest weight capacity for a loft here. Its already creaking but Im going to attempt to add washers and longer higher grade bolts to accommodate. Love the design but doesnt feel entirely sturdy and the screw alignment issues worry me that I got a defective set.
4 stars for now, 5 if I can get the final screw in the desk and stop the creaking, 0 if the creaking gets worse or anything fails due to the desk not being able to screw in.
Definitely a great bed for small rooms. I threw out my eldest daughters bed and got this one for the purpose of needing extra storage space for my newborns clothes and other necessities. I was able to fit 4 plastic drawers and a 3 shelve console table underneath the bed. And I still had space on the other side for the bulky boxes. Bed is pretty sturdy and my daughter likes it .

Sturdy?
I was most concerned with the sturdiness and safety of my child. It is sturdy and we are happy with the purchase. Easy to put together too.
Grand daughter loves it!
Very surprised how easy it was to assemble! Sturdy and great value for the money! Love it
Great for adults too.
