I was hesitant on this purchase but I got it anyway and surprisingly Im not completely disappointed. I will say the biggest complaints that my daughters and I have is the ladder. They are round not flat and kill your feet so we are trying to think of ways to make it more comfortable for her. Probably wouldnt bother a younger child but for my teen who sleeps on the top bunk she dreads climbing up. Secondly, the support beams/slats whatever you want to call them are cheap and bend easily. For added protection I purchased a bunkie board because she was afraid that she was going to fall through and hurt her sister. That has helped but of course created another problem it raised the mattress up higher.

My teens love it!! Its sturdy, no squeaks and it doesnt shake!! Of course the ladder is still a big problem so she climbs up wearing her slippers that have a nice sole until we can come up with a solution that isnt tacky. Even though the mattress on the top was larger than recommended and was raised with the additional bunkie board she has not fallen off and has no fear of falling either which is a blessing. Obviously, if she was younger I wouldve bought a smaller mattress.

Delivered on time. Pretty easy to put together but definitely a two person job though. Large dent in one of the ladder pieces but not bad enough that I considered sending it back. The mattress I ordered did not show up on time so my son has not had a chance to sleep in it yet but all around a great bed frame. Perfect for a building station below.
Great overall. Adds a lot of style and space to my room. The only two complaints I have is that the ladder is kinda harsh to step on. And yes, the bed is noticeably wobbly when you climb up or move around.
The other reviewers are correct. The product is good but badly shipped and the assembly instructions are the worst Ive ever seen.
My box came ripped and one shelf was damaged.
The only way to tell which screw is which is to count how many of each you got and infer their item number that way: the pictures are not informative in the slightest. Similarly, not all parts on the diagram are labeled and you have to infer the piece youre using from whatever was relevant on the prior page.
Once assembled, its a bit wobbly with all bolts tightened, but not at all at risk of collapse. A few shims should fix it up.
I assembled this is just under 3 hours, everything was super easy and it comes with extra screws and parts. The bed isnt too high and it seems super sturdy
I disliked that the product arrived damaged, paint chipped, wood cracked and dented. The most damaged were the shelves. The shelves are not wood, it looks like mdf, and is falling apart. But, I like that the loft bed is not too high and my teenager loves it. It seems sturdy. I hope there is a way of the company replacing the damaged pieces.
i just unboxed my bed and im already dissatisfied. the bolts you see on the left, according to the instructions im supposed to have 25 of those, theres only 8. i have about 27 bolts of which i would only need 3 of. the box that contained the bolts was torn and most bolts were spilled out. i havent even unwrapped the bed parts yet.
UPDATE: so apparently the instruction manual on does not match the manual in the box. my bed came out perfect, its not nearly as wobbly as some reviews say (i weigh 135lbs). i has all of the parts i needed.
Better than I expected. The color is beautiful. The safety is perfect for the three yr old who sleeps there. I must admit I was having some reservations when the two yr old climbed to the top bunk. All I could vision is the child falling through the rings breaking her neck. The three yr old sleeps on the top bunk no problems and the two yr old also had had no problems navigating the ladder or sleeping.
Very nice sturdy loft bed. The only issues I have currently is mine was damaged in shipping pretty bad. The shelves were broken, one so bad it almost doesnt fit. And a few none support boards were split. I sent an email to the manufacturer to see what they can do about the broken parts. Once I hear from them, Ill probably adjust this to 5 stars.
Update:
The manufacturer sent replacement parts and now the bednis perfect. UPS rough handled the first package and company made it right. 5 stars.

Sturdy and easy to put to get her with two people.
