I like this chair but I dont love it. The color is a true tan. Not too gold and definitely not off/white. If I didnt think it would be a pain to exchange for something nicer, I probably would. But, I spent 30 minutes getting this dang thing together and Im not about to disassemble and box back up. As many others mentioned, assembly was not quick and easy. The holes in the base of the chair did NOT line up and trying to get the screws in was a nightmare. Also, if you have thick (er) carpet or rugs in your office, this chair wont roll well. I have a rug on the way that Im hoping will alleviate this problem for me. Another thing to note is the chair goes up and down, leans back, but you CANNOT lock the position if you recline the chair. I am 54 and the height levels are appropriate for me but I doubt my 63 husband would agree. I find myself having to force myself all the way back into the seat for support. If this is at the top of your budget, the chair is a fine buy. If you can afford nicer, go to Wayfair and find something a) prettier and b) nicer. Im not sure Ill be keeping this for very long.
This was the easiest chair to put together and the most comfortable office chair I have ever sat in. I like that the seat cushion is replaceable, so if it does wear out that will make it easy to keep.
Weve had this chair for about 5 months now (since October 2017) and have 0 complaints. Its attractive and comfortable, and was easy to put together (one person in about 20 min). Unlike others here, mine came in a boxof course, that doesnt mean it IS a , but its comfortable, sturdy and attractive, so I dont really care!

Im not sure why doesnt directly sell this chair, as it makes it very difficult to find any information on, as well as to locate in Canada.
I work from home, and spend many hours a day at my desk doing computer work, so finding a chair thats comfortable was paramount for me, and this completely fits the bill. Ive bought and sold two different Herman Millar chairs and many other office chairs in between and none of them worked for me I think in some part due to my smaller size as well as just being picky and wanting something really comfortable. If you are looking for a comfortable chair, I highly recommend this one.
I like that the arms are lower on this chair as well as the mid high back, which works for me. I find that the cushions arent overly soft, but also not too firm either, so sitting for long hours is no problem. Im happy that I took a chance in ordering this chair online, as I wasnt sure if Id be happy with it, but I really am. The only thing Im not loving about this chair is the colour as its a warmer beige and doesnt work with my apartment, but otherwise everything else is great.
I also sit crosslegged sometimes, and wasnt sure if I could do that in this chair, but I can comfortably, which I love! I am 56 tall with longer legs, and my feet can just go flat on the floor, so if you are any shorter, that may be something to think about. Overall, fantastic chair, super easy to build unlike the numerous complaints online (dont let that deter you) seriously its an office chair, of course its a little bit cumbersome to build, but I did it by myself in no time, with no issues whatsoever.
If you do happen to call the customer service department, keep in mind that they can only help with parts, and nothing else I called as there was a big flyer saying Call first before returning to see if I could get another colour, which of course they told me at the end of the conversation! Also if you do have hardwood floors, you may need to order new castors, as these ones are cheep hard plastic and are not meant for hardwood floors, and could possibly damage them, check out the rubber ones, they should work and they arent expensive either.
I am super impred by this chair! It is comfortable and beautiful. Only issue is it doesnt tilt at all for me. Ive turned the knob a hundred times, it doesnt get any looser. Not a huge deal since Im not trying to use it as a recliner, just was a feature I was hoping for, just for extra comfort.
I love this chair! Exactly what I wanted. I easily put it together by myself and it was a lot easier than it looked! The cushion felt firm at first but its still comfortable and I think that will get softer over time. It has nice back support and the back of the chair sits at a very comfortable position. I was pleasantly surprised that it even has tilting capacity that you can adjust. It also came with the option of using rolling wheels or stationary feet. It looks fantastic and feels fantastic so I would highly recommend if you are looking for an appealing office chair that has both comfort and design. It also is a very nice size chair giving you plenty of roomI can sit indian style on here comfortably! Five stars!
Love the chair. Quite big and comfy as the padding is thick. The color is as described, blush pink. However, if you plan to sit all day, I would suggest a pillow for your back.
