I just received my chairs today and couldnt wait to write a review. Have to admit, I was a little apprehensive ordering such a major purchase sight unseen but I am so glad I did! Delivery was on schedule and easy to assemble. I ordered the otter gray and the picture looked a little on the grayish brown side and I was a little surprised when they were an actual gray. Not a deal breaker since these chairs are absolutely gorgeous and 100% satisfied with my purchase.
So my husband and I ordered this couch when the price was just at 500.00– and I do have to say its a wonderful couch at that price! It looks more expensive, seems to be pet resistant (we have a lab), and is pretty comfortable. We ordered the dark grey and in the pictures provided, it looks MUCH darker than it is in person. The medium grey color is still very nice though. It came in decent shape— the only flaw was a small tear on the bottom black lining, but its the risk you take when you order a couch. The damage isnt severe enough to return. The delivery process was a little strange. I read comments from people saying the people who deliver also set the couch up, and that wasnt the case for us. They were hesitant just to bring the box into our living room. BUT the couch did get delivered on the date we were originally given. From the date we ordered the couch, it was a good few weeks before delivery, so just keep that in mind when ordering!
Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

So far so good. We have had the couch for about a month now and use it everyday. The seat cushions are more firm while the back are soft, which is exactly what we were looking for. We have a small 600 sq ft apartment and this is the perfect size couch for that area. The material is almost denim like too so it should be able to hold up well.
Versatile and comfortable. Option to switch the chaise lounge. Its durable fabric, cushions are firm but not stiff. I love this. Cant believe I bought this on !
We got this sectional on sale when it was around $1300. This was the cheapest option compared to other sectionals we found online. This ended up being a great choice as it was delivered to our place within a week, the color was what we were expecting and it fits well in a loft/apartment setting.
I was somewhat expecting to be disappointed in this couch and thought the price was too good to be true, but overall (1st month) we have been very happy with the quality, comfort, and appearance of this couch. We wanted leather to hold up to our dog and have easy cleaning, but were also trying to stay in the under $1k range, couldnt believe we found a top grain leather option at this price - So far so good! Of course it does show scratches, but this is to be expected and were fine with it or we wouldnt let the dog on the couch
After much searching I decided against a sofa bed or a sleeper couch. This is a regular couch BUT the back and arm cushions are removable, making the width and length more than enough to accommodate my son who is 6 tall. The couch is firm with enough give for comfort. I like the dark gray color. There was no assembly except for the attaching of the feet. Very happy.
