    Impressed with packaging

So far so good on the furniture. Well know in a few years how we really think about it. For now, its great.

    Stylish, classy, and very sturdy

This is made better than most furniture Ive purchased that needs assembly. It isnt too short or too small which was a concern for me. I wanted stylish and sturdy. It was also so easy to assemble. Ill buy another for the other side of the room.

    Modern Look and Comfy

Very comfortable, has a bit of a bounce. Purchased the dark grey after reading the reviews and saw the actual color (much lighter grey) is what I was looking for. Very happy with the purchase! Delivery was a breeze. Take it out of the box, screw in the legs and youre ready to go! Love it!

Came Damaged with a Tear - Is Stiff - Good Style - Tan Leather - Easy Delivery

TL;DR: The couch came with a large rip, but was otherwise as I expected when I ordered. My expectations were pretty well set from looking at photos and reading other reviews. The couch may be a little stiffer than I expected but I knew it would be stiff. Im hoping, as others have hoped in reviews, that the cushions soften a little bit over time. This is a decent leather couch, definitely stiff at first but the style looks good in our room and the leather seems to be of good quality. The stitching-- a little thin but time will tell., INITIALLY the leather was dry but not bad. On first impressions we really dig the color and style of it. Our couch came brand new in the box with a large (hand-sized) tear in the breathable fabric near the seam on the hidden back-side of the couch. Luckily the cushion will cover it-- but we will need to figure out the best way to close it so that it doesnt continue to rip more. So that was the biggest disappointment with this couch so far (day 1). Something cool about this couch is that it comes fully assembled except the feet and cushions (so fully assembled), and the bottom cushion is 1 piece and is apparently stitched onto the couch. So no adjusting. I used a good 2 step leather cleaner and conditioner right after getting it set up. That really helped the feel of the leather and even the look-- I recommend doing this. You should clean and condition all the leather once every 6 months to keep it gucci. Overall I think it was a little expensive to have a large tear in a spot where your weight will go, but if it were shipped without the damage I would probably recommend the couch to a friend. We dont necessarily feel like going through the return process for this rip as it is at least out of sight (behind the cushions). Delivery service was good, called me and ended up coming to my house early since they were in the area which worked well for me. They were helpful and brought it just inside my front door for me when I asked (I have a recently broken toe at the moment). Put the couch together in moments and it was set up.

    Comfortable Leather Couch

This couch exceeded my expectations! Ive only had it for less than a week, so I cant speak to its longevity, but so far it seems durable and well-made. It was very easy to put together - just twisted on the couch legs and I was done. I dont love couches that are too firm so I was worried that it wouldnt be comfortable for me, but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is - not overly firm. Definitely able to take a good nap on both the couch part and the chaise section. The leather is soft, but doesnt seem like it will crease or get misshapen easily. The one thing I find weird is that the chaise does not attach to the couch at all - it is held in place by the cushion connecting the two pieces. However, I havent had problems with the chaise section shifting out of place. I opted to pay extra to have the couch delivered up to my apartment, which I definitely would recommend since the package was very heavy.

Very nice quality and style for the price

I bought the sofa and this chair and am very happy. It was easy to put together and the furniture is well made. Also, both pieces are very comfortable.

    Great apartment sofa!

I had my eye on this for a while. I was concerned about the quality but we finally snagged one in otter grey. We are really happy with the sofa. I subtracted a star because the legs are not the best quality and one of them unscrewed from the hanger bolt which was a quick fix with epoxy. Also the shade of grey is very weird. Its a little too dark and not cool-toned enough to match anything. The material is soft but I wouldnt say its luxurious. We are hoping to get 4 years out of it. I would definitely repurchase but get the light grey version. Its just right for a small apartment.

    I Love it!!

I like to add small and big furniture together. Dont like to match. I think this chair looks great with any decor.

Well constructed and very stylish, with some caveats

I bought this couch because I was looking for a comfortable midrange couch that was stylish (specifically mid century modern) and high enough quality to last a few years. The less expensive couches that run like $300 felt too cheap and futon-esq, and I thought this would hit a nice balance without going over the $700 mark. I was worried because some reviews are quite negative, but if you look at the date, most of those are older - so I think must have made some improvements. I mostly got the couch I wanted. I love the look - the green is definitely the right shade of off-emerald (if youre crazy like me and deeply worried about the color, Id say its Pantene shade PMS 350). Its not tacky but still stands out. I like the hardness of it - its firm but I can still enjoy lying on it a lot. It feels quite sturdy. Its well designed and easy to clean. Assembling it was literally screwing in the legs which took <2 mins. A lot of people I trust have said wonderful things about the look of this couch. My one complaint is that it photographs as higher quality velvet than it looks and feels in person. Im worried it will show wear over time and look matted. Maybe its more chenille than velvet? I think I am still happy I bought it, but if you have kids, a dog, or a messy SO, I might think twice about it. Also - lost the couch the first time and I had to talk to several different people (a third party logistics company, customer support, etc) to solve it. But they gave me a 15% discount for the trouble and I still got it within 2 weeks so Ill let it slide.

    Solid mid century sofa

Good mid century style. Low back so be sure to measure your other pieces. I use this for staging and it is firm.
