Im very happy with the chair itself, but like some other reviews, the cushion is underwhelming. the ties to ties it to the chair are a joke, however I just bought some stuffing and attached strings in better positions. Im happy with it.
This egg chair has a sturdy metal shell, with faux rat strapping (which is more for decoration than support). If you insert and tighten the screws far enough to stabilize the chair, the ends are too long for the protective caps. We purchased covers at the local hardware, and these worked fine. Caps for the screw heads fit well. Note the uncovered screw ends were not especially unattractive, but felt they could catch clothing when sitting into chair. Would purchase again.
This chair is so comfortable!!!! It just engulfs as you sit in it and the swinging motion, its like being a baby again and sitting a Fisher/Price baby bouncer.

We LOVE this chair. It is now my familys favorite peice of furniture. There is always someone in it when we are home! It was packaged well, its sturdy, so comfortable and looks great. It can turn 360 degrees, it swings just enough to be soothing, and has a strap to limit motion (if preferred). The coushins are VERY comfortable. The one problem is that the tools in the assembly kit are cheap and made this harder to assemble. The allen wrench stripped after just one screw, so we could not tighten the screws until we got our own tools to do the job. That problem extended assembly time to an hour, when this could have been a 30 minute job.
I bought this product based on the positive reviews, so I feel I should add to them. The chair came well/protected, and was straightforward to assemble. Its sturdy, looks good, and is comfortable. Im pleased with the purchase. Will see how it holds up over time, but it doesnt appear to have any obvious weaknesses in its design.
Truth be told I was skeptical based on the price, but this fun little chair is sturdy and forces you to just relax. Highly recommend for indoor or outdoor.
