I bought this for my daughters room. It looked great but didnt last long. It was very flimsy and came apart very easily. Wasnt worth her disappointment. Might as well spend a little extra on something that will last much longer than a couple months.

I love the look. Putting it together was a job! And as careful as I was screwing in the pieces the particle board just crumbled. My husband had to fix and make it work. Luckily its on the inside (not visible) or I would have had to return and start over.
Looks really nice and no damage. Its light enough to move around till I found the right spot for it but sturdy enough to feel like it will be with me for some time. Metal is good quality. Looks nice with my printer and lock and key work well. Only complaint is the screws to attach the handles are really short. Its kind of awkward to get them in if you struggle with fine motor skills. I used a mini electric screwdriver to get them in easier and it worked great. Other than that, Im super happy with it!

However, it was very difficult for me to assemble. It took me 4.5 hours. To be fair, I assembled it by myself with a hand screwdriver. So do yourself a favor and follow the directions, get a buddy and an electric screwdriver.
It came all assembled, ready to use. The Hanging Folders fit nicely and stayed in place. It is a problem to see all the files at the back. I came with a lock, but no key. I generally like wooden ones, but his one has changed my mind.
