The chairs are sturdy, easy to put together, but they do not provide the best comfort. I read the reviews and I decided to purchase regardless. Im overall pleased with the chairs!
I love these chairs. I bought 6 chairs in gray color. They look beautiful and they are comfortable after you sit on them a few time but they were very hard to assemble and they are all not super sturdy
The chairs are fine and are somewhat easy to assemble; however, one chair is missing the crucial metal thread inserts needed to secure the seat bottom to the seat back; therefore, I cannot assemble the chair. I tried calling their number but the number was disconnected.
These are absolutely beautiful, and they look stunning in my dining room. All of them are very comfortable and look great. Assembly ease varied from chair to chair due to the way they are preconstructed, but none of them were super challenging to put together. Once assembled, three of them have a slight to more pronounced rock to them. This was remedied by removing the plastic glides and adding thick felt levelers from the hardware store. Unfortunately the fabric on two of the chairs is darker than on the other four (see pic). It’s noticeable right away, but it doesn’t bother me enough to send them back, especially after all the assembly. The rocking and the different fabrics is why I can only give them four stars. If they had cost more, this would have upset me, but for the great price I have no complaints.
Ok when I got the chairs I was dying for them they are exactly what I expected! But the installations was the worst! I was ready to give up after 12 hours of trying to install them. I was literally gonna send them back because I thought it wasn’t worth it. I’ve assembled everything in my house from beds to tables to desks to shelves this was by far the worst of it. But finally I found out how to install it with no problem! Unfortunately the paper that shows u how to assemble them says to install the middle nail before the side ones and honestly that’s false that’s how you will never be able to install them AT ALL. I found out if I stick the side nails first and leave the middle one to the end it way better and easier

Chairs are not worth the price. Bad design that allows for tearing and sown edges to come apart.
Update. After mentioning the state of our chairs s replaced the chairs. Great service. New chairs are in great condition and better quality than the first set. I will probably buy 2 more to make a cover the table
I really like the color and how they look. However, some of the construction looked questionable, like the predrilled holes being shattered and cracked in some areas. I ordered 8 chairs in total because I ended up having to return 4 as they were scratched up and fabric was frayed. I have had these for a few months now and one of my chair backs has been coming loose. We barely use them, so Im not sure thats a good thing as far as longevity and if you have kids. The seats are very firm.

One Chair had missing inserts for bolts to screw in
