I purchased for 50! I couldnt find one the cheap 2nd hand! Easy to build and seems like it will last a few years. Big saving over my other options, very pleased!!
Loving our new bunk beds. Bought 4 sets for our getaway house. They are perfect, very big and sturdy. all of our guests love them A must buy for anyone, especially for adults! Thank you !!
Plenty of headroom for the bottom bunk. The downside is if you want to store anything underneath the bed, there is very little clearance. The bed is difficult to assemble and some of the hardware was missing. The construction is pretty sturdy, but the rail finish on top was rough, and there are some places, like where the ladder attaches that could cause some scrapes or bruises if the kids arent careful climbing up or down. Not the easiest to assemble, especially the mattress support bars and the plastic pieces to prevent the bars from being moved are very difficult to snap into place! The bed will meet our needs, but I dont think I would buy again.
I love this bed! It is sturdy and exactly what I was looking for. The rails can be left on the top bunk when the beds are separated. This is perfect for us//we use that bed for a 17 month old who was able to climb out of bed but not yet ready for a bed without rails. Both boys are excited about their new beds, they are comfortable, the mattress is well supported, it is fairly easy to put together. I like that it is taller than many bunkbeds, it means it will last my tall boys for many more years.
This bed is SO STURDY once built / if you take care when you are assembling it and you slowly tighten it all the way around, not individual points, you will really have NO SQUEEKS. Supports multiple people really well. Lovely. Good, clean, design. Excellent price.
I needed a twin over queen bunk in a modern style, and I believe it does not exist. So I paired this with a low profile queen bed underneath and it works great. I have it in a rental that gets a lot of abuse. After 2 years of adults climbing up and down, it still looks almost new and it is holding up great. I highly recommend!
I thought I read on here that this took a long time to put together. I think for me it was about an hour. The parts on the sides that are ladders all have to be assembled individually, as do the cross beams, but the top part where the rails are all comes as a panel. 2 hours tops. I did have to pay attention to the pictures in the manual pretty closely as there are directions to these pieces, but overall it is like any other modular, overseas manufactured furniture.
All the spot welds on the rails seemed good, with probably a lincoln/head/on/a/penny amount of weld metal affixed, so go ahead and crank it down tight. Powder coat was thick throughout and lightly hitting metal on metal assembling it wasnt enough to gouge it and show bare metal.
Assembled it seems stable enough to hold a coupla decent sized 10 year old boys playing around on top without swaying too much.
Overall good buy for the prices.
Wife didnt like the ladder tops being closed and thought the boy (5) wouldnt be able to get up there or out by himself. I thought different. Turns out I was right;. Go figure. I was a boy once
I dont write reviews on normal stuff but on this thought I would help out parents so, yeah. Take it from an engineer that this is a good deal for a kids bed.
So far these are holding well. I bought 2 and the only issue is some of the screws come out from time to time. They have been up for about 5 months. I have a big 10 year old 5ft ,107lbs, and a 9 year old 88 lbs in them. They love them. Ive gone up and down them, and the ladder does hurt my feet, but the boys never complain. Ive seen ppl solve the feet hurting problem but putting pool noodles to cover the ladder. I also can hear the beds squeeking sometimes when the boys turn over/ move around, but we DO Not have them anchored to the wall. I think if we took that step it would solve the squeeking prob. For the price these cant be beat. It has a modern, clean, and industrial lookfor CHEAP

Would TOTALLY BUY AGAIN / Spare room, Kids room, but maybe not for a dorm room for TALL people

Perfect for a small space
Happy with this. My 8 year old son loves it. Perfect for a small space. It has a very slight wobble about it. I fell thats to be expected.
