The first time I ordered this chair, I received a treadmill. It was sent back and I received the winged back recliner; however, the right and left wings were missing. I sent it back again. Then, I order a different color as a new order, I received the chair, but the wings were missing again. I sent it back again!!
Not comfortable....have to put a pillow behind head to watch tv....material feels like sand paper...doesn’t stay in the recliner position...moves forward..
Easy to assemble but it's not a solid chair. When I put it together, the foot rest doesn't line up. It makes it look like you found it in the trash.
How could sell such poor workmanship
Purchased this recliner for my 92 year young Mother, whom has dementia. I needed a comfortable chair ... She sits most of the day, instead of staying in bed ... this chair is hard ... I hard to purchase extra cushioning ... it made a pressure sore where the chair pressed at her lower back ... NO BUENO !!!After 4 months the back part started reclining too much and now does not return to a seating position ... I read several reviews where same thing happened ... we quit using it and is stored away .... is there a time limit on getting a refund ... we only got 3 months of use on this cheaply made chair ....?
It's very nice looking chair and easy to put back, but after sitting in it every night for a couple of weeks we noticed that the back right leg was coming off. We tightened it but it keeps coming loose. We now don't let anyone sit in it because we're afraid it will break.
Update:
My 8 year old 68 lbs neighbors daughter sat in it yesterday and it broke. So now 3 month's later we have a $175 piece of junk. Found a new chair to day at Sam's Club that seems a little more sturdy for the same money.
This chair looks nice, but the back is uncomfortable. The curve of it is too concave and doesn't fit my back and when reclined my head is so far back that I can't comfortably sit and converse or watch TV.

Really poor quality

This chair was so easy to assemble! It was fun being able to put it together with no trouble. It's super cute and the color is a true light pink. It's the perfect size, even for my tiny bedroom. THIS CHAIR CURED MY DEPRESSION.

The chair arrived on time but it's missing bolts to put it together. So, might be a great product but since I can't even use it, who knows?
