One of the boxes was delivered by partially opened. I notified the seller and they were very helpful and immediate. No damages to the package found when I began assembling.
I am short by 1 bolt but this could be from me losing it somewhere in the room. Otherwise customer service was perfect and the instructions were easy to follow. Built in 2 hours using a drill. You get what you pay for

Cant wait to get moved in and get the grandsons over for the weekend! Easy to assemble with some skills. Sturdy enough for 200 on top. Great value. i am enjoying it
This was a great bed! The directions were pretty easy to follow.the quality of the product was great too. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was it was missing screws and the bracket for support guardrail around the top one of the holes didnt align on both sides. Love the Designs
I loved the concept of the 3 beds. It works for our family and the amount of space we have available. It did take a lot longer than I thought it might to put together. Also you have to be extremely careful with the wood because it can break easily when putting the screws in or bending it a certain way. I dont really like how the trundle bed isnt on a track or something. You have to push it in jsit right so usually we have to help the kids put it back. Other than that, I think for the price its good enough. Excellent value for what I paid
Trundle Id hard to assemble. Space between the bottom bunk and top bunk is barely enough to sit up. But its cute and sturdy and the rest was easy to assemble. Please with this purchase
