First Ill say its solid wood and customer service was good but they orginaly sent me one wrong box out of 3 they replaced it and I had the correct box a week later . Assembly details are vague and the manufacturer forgot to drill so holes so I had to drill some holes and some holes were off so I had to slot other holes. Hardware is very cheap for how hard some of the wood is. Its a nice design though.
My 22 month old Son loves his Bed. Hes sleeping every night in it since we put it up keep he shows everone when they visit his bed I would definitely recommend this bed. Very sturdy well worth the money notes: Make sure your top matress is 6 inches or less in thickness you can buy stickers to cover bolts on the wood and make sure you measure the ceilings bc our top coldidnt fit on ours but it worked out ok we actually used it for a headboard for now for we will be moving bed in a year so we can install the top a later date. It did take 6 hrs to assemble but totally worth it. This was definitely a good choice.
2 yr old boy loves his new bed!! He parks his tractor and wagon in the space under the bed. He plays in the bedroom now for hours. He uses his tools to saw and hammer his house on top. He loves it!!! This is a cute design,
We love the bed but we took the slide off after a few weeks (very easy to take the slide off). It basically drops straight down and is FAST which means kids pretty much brutally crash on the floor. Their room is carpeted and I added some blankets at the bottom but it didnt do much difference. Did not feel super safe and felt bad for downstairs neighbors. Also it just takes up so much floor space that would be better used for playing. So we took the slide off / in retrospect I would have picked a similar bed without the slide.
Apart from that we absolutely love the bed.
It did take many, many hours for a handyman to assemble. However I still wouldnt recommend you try buying it
We transitioned right from a crib to this with my 3 year old son (who is a rule follower for sure.) he loves this bed! It took my father and husband 4 hours to put together. There were a few screws missing but overall it was about as advertised. We are very happy with this. My son is too short to get on the top bunk using the ladder but thats perfect for us. he sleeps on the bottom bunk. Dont over think it, youll love it!!
The bed is gorgeous and my kids love it! It definitely takes two people to assemble. I was missing pieces which made assembling longer and a headache. Customer service was extremely to work with and by the end we had everything needed to complete the bed Love the finished product!!
Its not hard to put together but make sure you have the sides facing the right way before assembly. But hey it got done. The kids are ecstatic!! Worth the buy Im pleased with my purchase.
This bed is darling and great quality for the price. The only reason I didnt get it a 5/5 stars is because 2 bolts were missing from the hardware so I couldnt attach all the side rails. Ive contacted the seller and if this issue is rectified I will certainly edit my review to give it a 5/5. Really nice looking furniture.

My kids love this. Fits great in my sons 11x13 ft room (not overpowering) and it arrived early! Happy with purchase
