Love this bed. About 2 hours to put together. I would have rated it 5 stars but it had one damaged corner and a missing knob for one of the drawers. Other than that it looks great and was delivered right on time! Very sturdy and exceeded my expectations!
LOVE this bed frame. Havent set up the trundle bed completely yet, but really pleased with the bed overall. I had a difficult time finding a storage bed of this quality. Great purchase. Very pretty and modern.
Overall, the quality of this product was disappointing. The head board and footboard arrived broken, and there were some small chips in the paint. After contacting the company, they were happy to replace the head and footboard. Nearly 2 weeks later they arrived Broken again. I am now waiting for our third set and Im hopeful we can finally finish this project. While I love the concept of this bed, and think that it will be good in the long run, it has been more than six weeks waiting for the finished product. Do NOT recommend.
The bed was delivered 2 weeks earlier than estimated, and arrived in perfect shape. Packaging was minimally damaged in shipment. It took 2 adults about 2 hours to assemble, with help from a 5 year old. It went together easily and the directions were easy to decipher. All hardware was present, and only needed a phillips screwdriver, and having a power drill to set slat screws was helpful (although not necessary). My son LOVES his new big/boy bed, and doesnt ever want to get out. Its sturdy and feels very well made. Its also very heavy. I would recommend this for any little kid or even adult. The one thing I will say is that this bed is pretty high up so a safety rail is nice for little ones.
