The heat feature is great after a day of work. This is a great value for the price. It is an accent chair and is in the low price range so youre going to get what is described. I wouldnt recommend this for a busy living room that would get everyday use by multiple people. Mine is in the bedroom and its a great little quiet place to take a break and relax. Its also pretty but Im getting new floors at the moment so I cant add a picture. If you set your expectations to something reasonable you will be happy!
PS Beware of the one hour setting because Ive taken a few accidental naps and might have slept all night in it once by mistake. It is ok for the use.

This chair was very easy to assemble. I actually assembled it by myself, and didnt need the help of my husband. The chair is on the firm side, but I like this about it. The massage part of it works very well for the price of the chair. Would definitely purchase this again for what we are using it for. It is sturdy and looks beautiful
The chairs arrived much faster than anticipated and were extremely easy to assemble. They look great from the front, but there is a definite design flaw in the back. The flap is 1.5 inches too short to Velcro down so the flap just hangs as you can see in the picture. I ordered two chairs and both have this issue. It would not matter if they were placed against a wall, but that is not the case for our home. The heat and massage are great features. Went together easily
