I love it, but it took forever for them to deliver it, everyday they promised but no chair. The only thing is when my dad lends back there is no click for the foot rest and the footrest dont stay. My dad prefers to elevate his feet on the bed, he is 94, what can I do?

Great chair, but massager was missing.
Chair is made for a smaller person, but works for me b/c it was a childs gift. The only issue was the massage part was missing.
