My 8 year old lies on the top bunk and it shifts in the direction the top bunk lies (left and right if you look from the front). The top bunk is banging up against my walls and I just worry about the structural integrity of the 3 pillars. Im probably going to build some support for the corners so it wont shift the columns so much.
The other issue is its a bit cumbersome to get to the bottom bed to change the sheets, but any bunk bed of this size would be an issue Im sure.
Its a great setup for our room and the 3 boys love it. They hang from it, jump on and off it. Its a jungle gym. Considering returning
So. Freaking. Cute Took my husband and I about 3 hours to assemble. The instructions were very easy to follow and it seems very sturdy! Our girls and us love it!! I was very excited to receive!
Overall is very good bed, u need at least 2 people to assemble this but its fun. Then I add ply of wood and 2 support bars on head and foot on the top bunk. SO happy!
Bed was not very difficult to put together but mine was missing the instructions so I have to go online and print them. Also, a couple pieces were not numbered. Overall really sturdy but a few of the pieces came split so Im hoping I dont have issues down the road, especially if I need to disassemble and put back together when I move. Much better than expected
