The entire thing showed up broken and bent. Attaching pictures. I would have even bent the metal back myself but the plastic connectors are shattered into pieces.
Like many husbands I got crowded out of the bedroom closet, so this was my solution. It works as described, has large smooth rolling wheels, and is very sturdy when assembled. My only complaint is as other reviewers have noted it is not really tall enough for two rods without upper clothes touching the lower clothes, and lower rod clothes touching the bottom shelf. My solution was to raise the upper rod a few inches and offsetting the rods with the top rod at the back of the rack and lower rod at the front.now its perfect for me.
Product was received on time, NO damage to package and NO problem assemble the unit.

Excellent heavy duty rack. I do wish the height was talle4r. Todays ladies tope are long. To get perfect use of both hanging bars the rack needs to be taller.

Functional but Light Construction
Product features large wheels. But its light construction leaves more desired. Product does fulfill desired function.
