    So far so good.

Free shipping on an item that weighs over a hundred pounds is awesome. Just got the bed yesterday, so weve only slept on it for one night. So far I can say it takes a few hours to assemble, and it doesnt squeak or wake the other person up when you get in or our of it. It seems to have a little bit of give when you move your whole body in it (as an adult) but it doesnt make any noise when this happens. The cross beams that hold the mattresses up also seem pretty strong and able to hold a lot of weight. So far a great purchase. Very pretty.

    Great look and price

The beds look great! They do take a little while to put together, but nothing is too complicated. The directions are fairly clear, but it is also helpful to read the reviews of others to make sure you get everything right. Perfect in every way.

    Very sturdy/kids love it!

Very intricate to put together, but you could tell with each step how sturdy the beds would be. My grandsons love their new bunk beds! What a great buy!

    Young teenagers very happy

My 13/year old twin daughters decided they wanted black metal bunk beds to create a more social atmosphere in their fairly small bedroom. This particular style worked great, because it has a smaller footprint (and price tag) than most wooden beds and certainly the side/by/side twin beds they had before. The frame is very sturdy, and even though it is tedious to put together, all those little pieces are reinforcing the slats which are holding our precious children. Reading the reviews proved most helpful, and Id like to thank the buyer who left feedback about using channel lock pliers to insert all those gray tabs. Absolutely do that. He suggested taping cardboard to the jaws of the pliers to make sure you dont scratch the frame. I used electrical tape. Another reviewer recommended inserting one side of the tab first then snapping the other side in with the pliers. Worked like a charm. Now, only time will tell how many years we can get out of these beds. So far, my daughters love them. Im enjoying it so far!

    Good deal

Easier than I thought to assemble. About 2.5 hours with my son and I. Ue a good hex wrench or wear globes to get a better and tighter grip to snug up the bolts. Grandkids really enjoy them. Rich So far Im super happy with it!

    Very sturdy!

Despite the negatives of putting this bed together which really werent that bad after reading some of the other reviews with pointers on what to do. This bed is awsome! Very sturdy! Slats cant be kicked out by bottom bunker. Nice sized railing to keep the top bunker in. We used a 6 in memory foam. The bottom is very low to the floor which is nice for our 4 year old who rolls out of bed occasionally. Thank you to the person who said to put the slats in last. Also keep bolts a little loose until everything is put together otherwise the slats may not go in as easily. The little plastic tabs were the worst part of it. For the price and the quality though you cant go wrong! Exactly what I was looking for.

Solid frame and easy to assemble

Quick shipment and nicely packed. Received all parts and pieces. I alone assembled it in less than an hour. I bought this one for my daughters (2 and 7) and I am sure its going to last for few years. Best part is it can be used as bunk or two twins. I am using it as bunk and height is perfect. It can even hold an adult. Will recommend this product to anyone looking for bunk/2 twin for kids or guests. Meets Expectations

    Wow

Great bed! Took awhile like 3 hours to put together but I took a few breaks cause my fingers hurt a little bit. Had my son help and my hubby while I did all the work! Very sturdy bed and beautiful color finish. i had read the reviews before purchase and I would have messed up the ladder if I didnt read them. You definitely have to skip ahead and add the ladder before adding the support beams for the mattress on the top bunk only. That one side can mess u up if you dont do the ladder first. Other than that great bed holds my weight, yes I climbed on top to check it out. Im 200 lbs. I absolutely would recommend to anyone. This bed is for my 13 yr old son who sleeps on top and 15 yr old daughter who share a room in a small apt in NYC. Looks so good!

    Better than I expected!!

Very, very solid! Packed very well. Arrived with no scratches even though outside box was damaged in shipping. It came 5 days before the day it was supposed to arrive, and all the parts were there were labeled. It took me and my 8 year old daughter about 4 hours to assemble, but I was very methodical and slow. We did an inventory of all parts before we began, and I read other consumer reviews for helpful hints. I even switched the ladder to the other side / and did so correctly!! Only negative about the bed is that the ladder rungs are thin, round and hard, so they have a tendancy to hurt the bottoms of my daughters feet. Im thinking of getting some swimming noodles and attaching with double sided tape around the rungs to lessen the impact. Very nice quality and looks nice.
