As other reviewers have stated this gun cabinet has many great features and arrived quickly and without damage due to well thought out packaging. The product is great but what really sets this purchase apart for me is the excellent offer of a free gun safe organizer for those that contact them by email. The representative was friendly and fast and sure enough sent a good quality organizer while simply asking for a review. I love it!!

This gun safe is great for a small space or flooring that cannot take a fireproof safe. The Locking mechanism and door are quite solid. The overall weight is 90 pounds, so I was able to place it in a slightly raised and narrow location without any help. It comes with wall mounting bolts, but I chose to use the existing safe back wall holes to mount it with three wood screws into a stud. Sidewalls are not reinforced and it is not fireproof. This was acceptable to me because I have sprinklers and the location where I placed the safe was raised and narrow. I was concerned that a heavy, fireproof safe would not fit and might fall through the raised flooring. Fingerprint is easy and quick. Does report occasional errors reading stored fingerprints at about the same rate as my iPhone. My only complaint is that the rotation of the dial is counterintuitive (goes opposite the handle). Love, love, love it!
This is a follow up to my original review. I allowed the batteries to die while I was traveling this summer and could not find the backup battery or my keys. They are here somewhere but where is still a mystery. So late on a Sunday I sent a message to customer service hoping to get a reply sometime Monday. Within a few minutes, I got and email response and after giving them a little information was told that the replacement keys would ship to me in a few days. They came today and my safe is up and running again. I never expected this level of customer service and it made me very glad I chose this safe. From my experience I would highly recommend this manufacturer to any one who is looking for a gun safe. I am still as pleased with my safe as I was when it was delivered and it is nice to know that even when I have a problem that I caused, the manufacturer is there to stand behind their products and their customers. Thank you customer service.
