First I got a wheel with no rubber track attached. I was like okay I will ask them to send me another one. As I continued there is no manual to follow through and missing nuts and screws. At that point, I am like i am done with this and retuning this. I bought this to have joy not frustration. I am being generous giving 3 stars because my lil one saw it and got excited for like 20 mins.
I had ordered another car from for my grandchilds birthday . After it not arriving after 4 weeks I contacted the seller. Gave me all kinds of reasons why it hasnt been delivered . Gave up and asked for a refund. I then contacted , told them what happened and asked if they could get it to my grandchild by a certain date( was a birthday gift) . Great customer service , always replied back and delivered as said . The car is great . My granddaughter is having a great time . The adult remote is fantastic . I really love this product! My daughter absolutely loves it but I knocked off 1 star because in the description its say 3 and older my daughter is 4 and she looks huge in the car. They should have a picture of a kid actually riding the car in the photos so you can get an visual idea of how big the car is and know if your child will fit because kids are all different shapes and sizes. I love it and it works fine but Im scared that my daughter will be to big for it soon
Product arrived in about a week. Everything was individually packaged. Dont pay attention to the reviews about assembly as all you need is a screw driver and common sense. Two wheels have a piece that stick out for the rear and two are smooth for the front. Just follow the pictures. This took me no more than 30 mins to put together. It hasnt been driven yet which is why I didnt rate remote or battery life 5 stars.

Good Product, But Smaller Than It Looks
