Really well made bunk bed with futon bottom. Its a bit challenging to put together but not hard. Comfort depends on the mattresses you purchase of course. We had six of my sons friends over and they were all on it playing video games at once and no issues. Perfect in every way.

There was minor damage to multiple parts, I assume from shipping. It took two people most of the day to complete. Instructions were pretty easy to follow. Happy with the purchase.
