    Gazebo 12x20

Would definitely recommend. Boxes shipped in 7 boxes 1 box came the day after the first 6. I think it had been on the truck but was missed. We layed all the parts out on the garage floor so theyd be easy to see as needed. Each part labeled perfectly. My man and I put this together ourselves, so two people for 2 1/2 weekends. 5 days of hard labor. Went through each page of the picture only manual very slowly and carefully, once studied it made sense. Clips for the roof panel edges were exteremely challenging. We crimped them and they still fell out, so after a lot of frustration, some roof panels are missing clips which doesnt seem to affected much, so far. Roof panels kept sliding out as we were trying to line up the next section to install, so we discovered a light screw (from a page ahead), helped until a section was ready to be installed and tightened. We kept all screws in lightly until each side was in and ready to be screwed in tight. This allowed for some play in each part. Screw holes lined up perfectly and there are a lot of them. Only two holes at the very end needed a drill to be enlarged. All parts plus extra screws came with it except the 3 hooks for the top so you can hang things from them. No big deal. Curtains fit perfectly and work well and quality made. Weve had heavy rain since install and all were getting is edge drips from the clips on the edges which a bit of silicone will take care. Very sturdy, great quality, should last a very long time. Extremely pleased. Someone said take it slow, absolutely right, so worth it I n the end. Highly recommend!

    Hardtop Gazebo

So happy with this purchase. The quality is aming, better than I anticipated. A delightful refuge from the sun and mosquitos. Privacy curtains and netting are on separate tracks, a nice touch. There is also netting on the vented roof to ensure no pesky mosquitos sneak in. You need to have a professional come to install. Literally a million pieces. The seller recommends an installer for under a 1,000 and they estimate a full day for installation. I used a local handyman Im familiar with, who has done work for me in the past. The installation took two and half days and the cost for the labor was about 2,000. Again, so worth it. No more broken umbrellas. No more pop up tents. My table that sits 10 fits with room to spare. I love the look of the Gazebo. Ive received many compliments. Something to note, because it is galvanized steel it does absorb the heat from the sun. I use two box fans to circulate the air under and my guests are able to sit comfortably .

    Great place to hangout!

I was able to assemble this with the help of two other people, the instructions, if you want to call them that, leave a lot to be desired. The unit is very sturdy and the roof is bolted in place, which will keep the roof pieces from blowing away. We have been able to enjoy the Gazebo for several evenings that have been nice enough to sit outside.

    Great Product

This item is as advertised. Very sturdy and looks great. Assembly is not difficult but you will need 3 people for the roof panels. Use 2 drills , one with Phillips bit and one with Allen bit to save time. Two step ladders will help also. Follow the picture instructions and dont get in a hurry. Take time to study how the roof panels go in as you have to slide 2 pieces at a time on some of them. Also dont forget to put the little plastic spacer inserts at the panel seams on both the underside and the top. Look forward to many years of use. Would definitely buy again.

For the most part the pieces fit together but putting the roof on proved challenging

We are very pleased with the product. However we did need assistance with the roof. Having construction and building experience is needed along with additional tools Would recommend to those who are able to think on the fly and adapt

Nice Gazebo despite a few issues

I purchased the 12X20 Gazebo / it took about 30 days to arrive. The shipment was 7 boxes, 1 of which had some minor damage which caused minor, but reparable, damage to a few parts. In addition, the package contained 5 corner columns and 1 center column vs 4 corner and 2 center columns. I am awaiting the replacement part. This didnt affect the build, as a temporary column was built from 2x4s. Also, one of the roof truss crossmembers had a slight bow to it, making it impossible to get a screw through far enough to put the bolt on / I fixed it with a hammer, banging the screws into the metal. Lastly, the 3 eye bolts were not included. The directions are good, not great. Ive built a lot of things over the years and have gotten good at intuiting Engrish directions. PRotip / Take 15 minutes and read the directions all the way through and make notes as you figure things out. This will speed up the process once you get started. This is the largest of this line of Gazebos and takes a bit more incremental effort than the smaller ones. At a minimum, you will want 2 pp to setup, though 3 or 4 is better. Total level of effort was about 45 man hours. All of us have professional construction experience. This Gazebo is very tall too. You will need a 10 ladder and a 6 ladder. Other tools used: cordless drill w/ allen bits, level, pliers, a pair of screwdrivers to align (drift) roof panels into place. Overall, this is a nice unit and I wish quality control had done a better job of packaging to prevent damage and getting the column count correct. Considering the price of lumber currently, this is a far better option than stick building something. Good luck!
