I have two Siberian Huskies to groom. Its always been a pain, literally, to groom them on the floor. Pain in the back, pain in the legs. and elsewhere. But this table changes all that. Setup was a breeze. 10 minutes and I was ready to go. The dogs dont love it, but that has nothing to do with the table and just not liking the prospect of being groomed. For all that, once I got the male up (a nearly 70 lb male, might I add), and into the harnesses, it was nice and easy to go to town and start pulling out the fur.
One piece of advice for anyone doing this: have a helper if you can on the opposite side. Im sure professionals will have their techniques, but if youre new to the process for grooming, an extra set of hands to help clean up, to keep them from trying to pull away or just to soothe is invaluable.
The table also stores very nicely, which is a big plus for us because we are a bit tight on space that the moment. So I seriously recommend this table for anyone working as an amateur with occasional grooming needs. Im not sure how it will be for professionals, but I found it to be excellent.
The 47 x 24 Pro Adjustable table is well made and appears to be very sturdy. I like the fact that the height of thetop bar is adjustable to accomodate a growing dog. I am a DIY groomer for my standard poodle and this is the first grooming table I have bought for this purpose. Now if she would cooperate with me the outcome would look alot nicer!
Great grooming table, very well made and sturdy. Big enough for my big furry goldendoodle. I would have given it a 5 star but had a hiccup with a missing bracket. It all worked out and they were very interested in how to resolve the issue so it would not happen again. I would definitely buy it again.
Very sturdy grooming table. Parts are semi/heavy duty and not cheaply made. One side/pole was slightly bent but still usable (so one star off). Easy assembly, no tools required.
I bought this for the large dogs in my salon because its bigger than my other table and has 4 legs rather than the hydraulic system with center column I have for smaller dogs. The table itself is great. But the bar thats meant to keep the dogs in place is not as sturdy as it should be, even when tightened into place as much as possible. Luckily I dont do too many large breed dogs so this will just be a backup table.
Im a groomer I put my dog on (for a size referance) she is 85 lbs and pretty tall. Its a big table with a high adjustable bar. Its great for the price! Super sturdy and well built and doesnt wabble. I would recommend this table!
