So I had been eyeing this bed for months before purchasing. My 9 yr old son and toddler share a room and this helps with maximizing the space. The quality seems very sturdy. I got up on the top bunk and im about 210lbs and it held me up just fine. same with the bottom bunk. I love the little cabinets and storage space great for maximizing the space as well. I dont have any complaints. however I did not even attempt to put this thing together myself. I hired a guy who does assembly projects as a side gig. It did take him about 4 hours he said it wasnt too bad it just took so long because he was doing it himself and was tatime to make sure he was assembling everything correctly. When we move I will have to hire someone to dissasemble move it and re/assemble. Im a single mom and thinks its worth mentioning incase you order it just be prepared for that factor . ALL GOOD!
It has taken us DAYS to have time to put this monster of a bed together. We did have some issues with some holes lining up/ luckily we have tools to help correct the couple we had issues with. If you mess up and dont pay attention to which parts are supposed to be facing the right direction/ you will have to take the ENTIRE thing apart to fix it. I wish the hardware was labeled better and correctly. Seemed that none of the numbers matched the right hardware pieces. Some of the wood was warped so that was fun to put together without cracking. may be returning
This bunk bed fit well in the room. Just as advertised. We had requested expert assembly as well and it took some time. However, we had to buy an additional board to place on the top bed to ensure it doesnt break. The material couldve been better and sturdier for this value. Im glad we found a solution for that instead of returning it. But other than that its nice
Receiving the product took some time as it is shipped out in separate boxes. The assembling of the product overall took maybe 2 days (had to work so will take maybe 1 day with free time) and the parts were all available. There was one screw that seemed worn and we could not use it but it didnt end up being much of an issue. Admittedly, we were worried about the top bunk holding weight but seems like it is doing fine so far! Fair warning, if you have a thick full mattress you may not have much head space. Learned that the hard way lol. So far meets my expectations
This was a bear to put together because the instructions lacked important details, parts were missing and the quality of the wood could have been better. We purchased this bed because the other bed on another website was sold out for an unforeseen amount of time. The only plush is that this came with more storage. But in the end, it was a headache and the product left a little to be desired. so you get what you pay for.
Difficult to assemble, items not clearly marked, some difficult to find. Instructions unclear. Some pieces came chipped. Took us three days to complete. Would not recommend. highly disappointed!!!
Some of the holes werent lined up like they needed to be mait harder to put together. But its a nice bed. Quality of is very good other than this issue.
Seriously, save yourself 3 days of headache by buying something else. This was harder to put together than Ikea furniture. Holes didnt line up, which normally wouldnt be a huge deal, but because they were in corners I couldnt get to them all with a drill. Instructions were very hard to read. Each step had at least 5 steps in them. The little baggies of hardware were mixed and had a teeny tiny piece of paper with the number on it. Good luck trying to figure out which one was 25mm and 30mm. You had to dump out the whole bag to figure it out. It is pretty once complete, but not worth riding the struggle bus for 3 days for it. Lovely for the price
